You were all so busy talking about doping and suspicion that no one noticed that Valverde beat Pinot

Well.. There was no clear winner today, and he's french
What about Majka, Visconti, Rolland or someone? Not Bardet for a dumb downhill attack. But yeah, he's French.
Why not Kiryenka for his long solo ride? |

I don't see why Majka suddenly gets so much hate. He isn't any more suspicious than any other top climber.
If there's one rider with ridiculous results in this Tour it's JC Peraud who's pulling of a Chris Horner here.
Majka "I'm don't want to go to the Tour, I'm not ready for it and in bad shape"
Majka performs miserably.
Alberto Contador abandons.
Majka suddenly the best climber in the peloton, winking at the camera and showing no sign of exhaustion after easily beating everyone on every stage. |

Well Majka won the stage with defensive but great riding. Visconti or Kiryienka would be the better choice. But Bardet is a GC rider and French so that gives him the edge in this very subjective competition. |

Valverde seems to have matured alot. Even though he doesnt have the legs that he once got, he is riding very calculated and did a typical-Valverde in the end.
IMO he is riding the same way he usually does, and the same way he won the Vuelta.
People are angry at him for not helping and then sprinting away in the last 500 m, they clearly don't realise how the human body works and Valverde has a clear advantage on short efforts over all the other GC guys.
Very good points. Its true that he always has rode kinda conservatively, but I remember him back in the day sometimes destroying himself in the accelerations and blowing up. Movistar and Valverde have been world class this year in conserving energy and using it at the right moments, because Valverde's legs isnt a top-2 worthy atm, rather top-4. |

Lol quite suspicious, I agree. But then again, why judge before we know facts? But I agree that when you call Sky suspicious, you have to call this suspicious aswell. |

Without his teammates he would've been down 3 minutes today I think. He's just behind his best years and slowly decreasing. Nothing wrong with it, he's like 35(?). Still a great top 4 for him. Shows character. |

Nibali is the only one happy that Froome and Contador left. |

The only fact about doping is that the doping controls are about 10 years behind in supervising the matter. Even EPO is so easy to hide...
In Denmark the national media are (of course) full of praise of Bjarne Riis and his "new" Polish wonderkid - but I wonder how other media are treating this sudden appearance of Majka as the best climber in the peloton? |

Why? Are Valverde, Peraud, Pinot, Bardet etc not happy that they've suddenly been given an unexpected chance to get a TdF podium?

As much as I like Kwiatek, it may be a good thing for him as he might finally realise that he's not a GC rider

He saved a lot of energy in the first week. Now he doesn't have to work for Contador he is free to attack. He is no treath to anyone in the GC. And he isn't the best climber, I'd argue that Nibali, Peraud and Pinot are better, and I'm sure that other GC riders can be better as well but they have to make sure to not waste to much energy as they have to be good for 21 days in a row, while Majka has the luxery to go all-in on some days and take it easy on other days. And are you seriously surprised he dropped riders like Moinard, Roche and Visconti? And the winking? That's just closing your eyelids for a second, that doesn't use any energy, it's not like he's doing a wheelie Sagan style. |

Considering who is left, not even Nibali´s GC win and lead is suspicious and i cant stand the guy. |

He would probably have lost 30 seconds to Pinot and Bardet, 3 minutes is maybe stretching it a bit |
