Nice to see that we didn't show any weaknesses in Russia. |

Thanks for those, watch out North Korea, Russian NC's are even more rigged
And for the earlier question:
If any rider is not eligible, just remove him from the startlist
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Austrian National Time Trial Championships
No upsets on this flat Time Trial as Rohregger brings home the bacon for RadioShack.
1 | Thomas Rohregger | RadioShack - Leopard | 26'58 | 2 | Bernhard Eisel | Sky Procycling | + 48 | 3 | Matthias Krizek | Cannondale Pro Cycling | + 1'01 | 4 | George Preidler | Team Argos - Shimano | + 1'29 | 5 | Marco Haller | Katusha Team | + 2'09 | 6 | Richard Löwenherz | Katusha Team | + 2'13 | 7 | Daniel Schorn | Team NetApp - Endura | + 2'48 |
Austrian National Road Race Championships
Though the route was slightly hilly, in the end it came down to a sprint of all the contesting riders. Naturally, the fastest and most experienced rider at the start, Eisel took the win ahead of Schorn and Haller.
1 | Bernhard Eisel | Sky Procycling | 4h06'52 | 2 | Daniel Schorn | Team NetApp - Endura | s.t. | 3 | Marco Haller | Katusha Team | s.t. | 4 | Richard Löwenherz | Katusha Team | s.t. | 5 | George Preidler | Team Argos - Shimano | s.t. | 6 | Matthias Krizek | Cannondale Pro Cycling | s.t. | 7 | Thomas Rohregger | RadioShack - Leopard | s.t. |
Czech National Time Trial Championships
NetApps Barta must have had a really bad day, because the top favourite for the win only managed to come fourth. Instead, the 5th from this years Giro, Kreuziger, took the win ahead of the OPQS duo of Stybar and Rabon.
1 | Roman Kreuziger | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | 44'49 | 2 | Zdenek Stybar | Omega Pharma - Quick·Step Cycling Team | + 1'35 | 3 | Frantisek Rabon | Omega Pharma - Quick·Step Cycling Team | + 2'18 | 4 | Jan Barta | Team NetApp - Endura | + 2'53 | 5 | Leopold König | Team NetApp - Endura | + 4'06 | 6 | Jakub Krizan | Cannondale Pro Cycling | + 7'20 |
Czech National Road Race Championships
As expected, this came down to a sprint between the fastest guys. OPQS Cyclo Cross World Champion Stybar took this easily, ahead of Krizan and König.
1 | Zdenek Stybar | Omega Pharma - Quick·Step Cycling Team | 3h46'58 | 2 | Jakub Krizan | Cannondale Pro Cycling | s.t. | 3 | Leopold König | Team NetApp - Endura | s.t. | 4 | Frantisek Rabon | Omega Pharma - Quick·Step Cycling Team | s.t. | 5 | Jan Barta | Team NetApp - Endura | s.t. | 6 | Roman Kreuziger | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | s.t. |
As I said, I can do more if you need any more.

A shame, I really had hopes for the Austrian championships, either in Haller to win the sprint or in Löwenherz to attack far out.

Time Trial Canada
On a normal day Svein Tuft should take this easily. Potential threads are Hesjedal and Houle.
Spoiler He takes it with a gap of more than 2 minutes souvereignly.
1 | Svein Tuft | Orica - GreenEdge | 40'02 | 2 | Ryder Hesjedal | Garmin - Sharp | + 2'23 | 3 | Hugo Houle | AG2R La Mondiale | + 2'44 | 4 | Christian Meier | Orica - GreenEdge | + 3'16 | 5 | Zachary Bell | Champion System | + 4'19 | 6 | David Veilleux | Team Europcar | + 4'33 | 7 | Dominique Rollin | FDJ.fr | + 5'24 | 8 | Ryan Roth | Champion System | + 5'56 | 9 | Guillaume Boivin | Cannondale Pro Cycling | + 7'01 |
Denmark
A showdown between Rasmussen, Bak and Vandborg is expected.
Spoiler Bak takes with a little margin of only 4 seconds.
1 | Lars Ytting Bak | Lotto Belisol | 39'03 | 2 | Alex Rasmussen | Garmin - Sharp | + 4 | 3 | Brian Vandborg | Cannondale Pro Cycling | + 1'28 | 4 | Michael Mørkøv | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | + 2'51 | 5 | Mads Christensen | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | + 3'33 | 6 | Christopher Juul-Jensen | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | + 4'32 | 7 | Chris Anker Sørensen | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | + 6'00 | 8 | Alex Fischer | Lotto Belisol | + 6'25 |
Portugal
Rui Costa is the big favourite here, only one that could theoretically cross his plans is Sergio Paulinho of Saxobank.
Spoiler Rui Costa proves the bookmakers right. Paulinho is almost a minute slower.
1 | Rui Costa | Movistar Team | 36'46 | 2 | Sérgio Paulinho | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | + 58 | 3 | Nelson Oliveira | RadioShack - Leopard | + 3'17 | 4 | Tiago Machado | RadioShack - Leopard | + 5'06 | 5 | Ricardo Mestre | Euskaltel - Euskadi | + 6'06 | 6 | Bruno Pires | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | + 7'26 |

Krizan 2nd, no shame in losing to Stybar in a sprint. Bodnar winning Poland TT was not really expected with Kwiatek there. |

I couldnt believe seeing that we won both China NC with all our riders on podium
But all in all we will be loosing NCs surely. Brammeier's Ireland and Roth's Canada are/should be gone. And I don't see any other chance to score one more
EDIT: Oh, I forgot. We scored some that nobody had before

Wow, Garmin really like 2nd place.
Wyss outsprinted by Albasini, Hushovd getting whooped in Norway. This is going unsurprisingly well.

Road Race Canada
A race for the sprinters, Boivin, Rollin and Parisien are the top favourites.
Spoiler Hesjedal tried a last minute attack to get away and almost suceeded, only Rollin passed him in the end.
1 | Dominique Rollin | FDJ.fr | 3h46'30 | 2 | Ryder Hesjedal | Garmin - Sharp | s.t. | 3 | Guillaume Boivin | Cannondale Pro Cycling | s.t. | 4 | Hugo Houle | AG2R La Mondiale | s.t. | 5 | David Veilleux | Team Europcar | s.t. | 6 | François Parisien | Team Argos - Shimano | s.t. | 7 | Ryan Roth | Champion System | s.t. | 8 | Svein Tuft | Orica - GreenEdge | s.t. | 9 | Christian Meier | Orica - GreenEdge | s.t. | 10 | Zachary Bell | Champion System | s.t. |
Denmark
Saxo - Tinkoff have the biggest and strongest lineup here, unlikely that they can't defend their home national champions jersey.
Spoiler Saxo set everything almost perfect up for their leaders, but in the end Alex Rasmussen was just the strongest on the day. Will be new to see the Danish road race champion not in the Danish WT squad.
1 | Alex Rasmussen | Garmin - Sharp | 3h59'56 | 2 | Matti Breschel | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | s.t. | 3 | Michael Mørkøv | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | s.t. | 4 | Erik McDermott | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | s.t. | 5 | Sebastian Lander | BMC Racing Team | s.t. | 6 | Jonas Aaen Jørgensen | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | s.t. | 7 | Anders Lund | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | s.t. | 8 | Mads Christensen | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | s.t. | 9 | Lars Ytting Bak | Lotto Belisol | s.t. | 10 | Alex Fischer | Lotto Belisol | s.t. | 11 | Nicki Sørensen | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | s.t. | 12 | Chris Anker Sørensen | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | + 29 | 13 | Brian Vandborg | Cannondale Pro Cycling | + 51 |
Portugal
Rui Costa is the strongest Portuguese, but in the case of a mass sprint Manuel Cardoso has good cards to regain his NC jersey.
Spoiler Cardoso does it. The two Cardosos kept the race together perfectly and took the win out of their predominance. They were also so strong because they didn't take part at the TT and could save themselves for the Road Race.
1 | Manuel Cardoso | Caja Rural - Seguros RGA | 3h33'53 | 2 | Rui Costa | Movistar Team | s.t. | 3 | José Mendes | Team NetApp - Endura | s.t. | 4 | André Cardoso | Caja Rural - Seguros RGA | s.t. | 5 | Bruno Pires | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | s.t. | 6 | Sérgio Paulinho | Team Saxo - Tinkoff | s.t. | 7 | Nelson Oliveira | RadioShack - Leopard | s.t. | 8 | Tiago Machado | RadioShack - Leopard | s.t. | 9 | Ricardo Mestre | Euskaltel - Euskadi | s.t. |

Ah ffs... we basically have an eight man train and then get beaten by a guy without team-mates?
At least Kreuziger secured our first NC after many near misses.

Ok, just something I want your opinions on, should totaly inactive riders be allowed to win a NC?

As participation in Nationals was not decided by the riders but by the manager, i would say yes. If the rider had put themselves in and then disappeared i would say no. Basically don't disadvantage the team for the riders inactivity which is beyond the team managers control.

Well I didn't enter Ghita for his own NC for this reason, I guess it doesn't matter though because they are still part of the game. |

They'll definitely retire at the end of the season though, so it would be somewhat of a waste. Personaly I feel that while they can stay on for the rest of the season, I'd rather not see them win NCs

Barta only 4th dafuq? oO
Löwenherz fourth too, would have loved to see him in the Austrian NC jersey.

Assuming you are thinking of Cevero with this (and possibly some others). Would like to note he was selected to ride only 3 days after his last visit, and long before we knew he had vanished.
