The New Rosters
Final round of transfers! Be between 20 and 30 riders at the end of this round, or otherwise action will be taken as detailed in the original rules.
Free Agents are still ok, but this round is mostly for trades and deals between teams.
EXAMPLE DEAL
Team A offers Team B this deal.
150----->Team A
Rider A----->Team B
Team B inherits the contract of Rider A.
You have until Wednesday at 2359, GO!
