I know it's overrated but I have to say I'm hoping for snow tonight to cancel school and stuff like that. And just to see it for the first time in a few years. There's an outside chance.

Erm, so what exactly is going on with forum navigation or is it just me?

I envy for being able to like snow.
Also, this is what the hell happens when you start messing with the code! Now the forum is fricking wack. Hope it gets fixed soon because there is also no PCM 11 section at all that i can see so what happens to all the threads in there?
Edit: Nevermind. Bye PCM 11.

Actually, an interesting thing happened in school today. In our CompSci class, there was some weird incident where everyone's computers crashed suddenly...except mine. Teacher suspected me for hacking but they got no evidence

I think it'd be good for the story guys in PCM 2011 if the stickies would disappear though. There are just way too many of them now.

No. But it does have to do with school. Exact reason of the username is rather silly though

Been there a couple of times, really nice down by the river and in the old town, some nice parks and the surrounding hills are beautiful. Haven't spent a prolonged period there so couldn't tell you the pros and cons of living there.
It's a start
I've got to do a presentation on it as pat of my coursework so was hoping to find someone on this international forum who could give me the insight.
Pissed at the groups who picked Stockholm and Munich
You might expect me to be the most likely pick, but I've only been in the rail station twice on my way to and back from snow class 20 odd years ago.
I can't really tell much about the town that wikipedia wouldn't tell.
Still, I guess you should mention it as being at a crucial geographical condition between Rhône and Saône (fluvial access to north and south of the country), the PLM axis (Paris-Lyon-Marseille), which IIRC are the three biggest cities in this country.
From history, not much, mention Lugdunum and the canuts. That's the two main things springing to my mind, plus being the capital city of the Rhône-Alpes region.
It's rather a white-collar city, as opposed to Saint-Étienne, big regional rival (in sports, but between inhabitants too) who're very blue-collar.
While I'm at it, a special meal from Lyon is the quenelle (something between the shape of a ball and a sausage) made of any meat or fish. It's been made famous recently because some right-wing polemicist has made an antisemite gesture out of it, and Anelka reproduced the gesture.
Hope this helped.

Agreed. There's a lot of really irrellevant sticky threads and considering the number of active threads still in the section.
E.g. only two of the stickies have a post from 2013...

What do you guys think about the Chrome 32 scroll bar?? Personally it's a bit awkward to me, f.e. the reply box on Daily is subject to it.

Isn't that an anti-Semitic gesture?

People these days. It's a food, geez. The gesture itself had nothing to do with the Holocaust until some modern day goofs decided to do crazy shit. And then, as always, in our politically correct society, people associated this as anti-Semitic and now you can't even use a food name?

No need to apologize. I was more reacting towards the stupid gesture trends

It's a very local meal, but it was only known for food before a couple of months ago when some retard decided the meal shape inspired him something that should be fit up people's bottom (according to him)... |
