I have a 1080p TV but for some reason it's still shite on Uni Sport. That's why I was hoping it would be on Beinsport like the Giro.

Do you mean the quality of the picture, or just that you dislike Universal Sports?
Here in Canada, for the Giro we just got the Eurosport broadcast. We're getting the Universal Sports broadcast for the Vuelta though.
