Wiggo silver I think.
Edit: Yep, the cobbles costed him the silver, who would have said.

Cancellara nearly fell in the corner coming out of the cobble section! He had to stop completely for several seconds.

2. Wiggins

If offense is the best defence, does it mean that defence is the worst defence?

Pfff, it's today's database which was clearly wrong. I mean, Dyachenko, WTF?

I could see Martin doing well, but you have to admit no one could see Wiggins beating Cancellara, even though it was an accident that caused it. |

Should we call him Dyachenkourov now?
Edit: Dyachenko, that is.

I wonder how close it would've been if Cancellara was still in his 2010 form. |

Why the hell, is Albania able to send riders to this race, even two?
They were last and second to last.

I just won €100 on betting Martin for gold. If I'm honest I really couldn't see anything but a hard crash taking Martin's win.
I'm surprised Cancellara did so well. I didn't expect him to get a medal.

Considering his Vuelta form, Wiggins was one of the two (the other I think I don't really need to say) cyclists which I thought could beat Cancellara. But, of course, I didn't expect him to do it today. So that's why it isn't that unbelievable for me. |
