A shame theyre not making it harder in any way (as that statement would imply), but McEwen wont win regardless.
I agree that McEwen won't win. He's just not that good anymore, especially as the sprint calibure of this event increases year on year.

I'd be on Greipel again if it is in face a tour for sprinters once again... I think they should make it harder as they always say so that Cameron Meyer/Jack Bobridge can win it for Garmin |

Isn't it always a tour for sprinters with that little Willunga hill involved.

Don't confuse PCM with real life. The Willunga stage is a bunch sprint no matter how many times they go up it. The climb is NOTHING for ProTour racers.

i'm not getting confused, just saying that it's the most difficult section of the TDU.
And Davis won that stage last year

Willunga Hill is barely a hill. Maybe for those pesky australian continental/track riders. But ProTour meh. Sprinters race. Just is.

TDU talk already!
It is mainly a sprinters race, but it makes sense to do so, why would you make a climbers race in a place with no climbs
I don't think you can count McEwen out at all, he is still a top sprinter. He just had a bad year with injuries in 2009. Although he is running out of seasons to stop getting injured!!!

Yeah, its a little too early to be talking up a race which 90% of the field approach as a training event. Roll on late Feb/Mar for some true early season racing! |

It was only discussed because of Tutur saying he tips McEwen for the win

An Post Grant Thornton Sean Kelly will register as a Belgian team next season.
