Ian Butler - I have to say that it was really weird watching the whole bunch come to a dead stop just inside the last ten kilometres |

Phil Southerland said:
Well i have to say that i have never witnessed that before in a Professional cycle race, but rules are there for a reason and as such the pack would all have finished outside the time limit
Oh come one Phil...... we know your 'little secret'.
You are a cannibal..... you literally ate up the opposition .... and the team!
I least he didn't make a mess on his shirt! |

I think you should always go in the break in the NZRR

How can the break fail when it is almost as big as the pack?
Anyways, moving on to the next race. Hope Swift can outsprint the likes of Greipel and Kittel (if they're there )

547984 - At only 52.7km in length, this race could go to anyone |

PEOPLES CHOICE CLASSIC
East End, Adelaide – 52.7km
Its been fast and furious since the start and no one has managed to escape the clutches of the peleton as of yet
Cannondale are keeping the pace really high
The race seems destined to end in a sprint finish as no break has been able to escape
Everything is getting in to there positions for the finale
The Novo Nordisk train is being set up nicely by Bobridge
Under the red kite and its looking good for Novo Nordisk
But Porsev/Katusha spoils the party by taking a great sprint win

The guys rode really well today and will be disappointed that they didn't at least get on the final podium |

The team set it up perfectly, shame they couldn't at least get a top 5 out of it.
