nope, it's dead. Like really dead. So dead that people are almost having a minute of silence before every PCM race they play. If I needed one word to summerize how dead it is, it would probably be kadeadarifix

I usually have about 2 - 3 minutes of silence before a PCM race. Loading times are ridiculous... |
