So they DID get rid of detailed sim. It gave me alright results though. Anyway, I've just realised my greedy wish for PCM 2014- finally introduce the flippin' combination jersey at the Vuelta.

The old way is still possible by clicking the fitness bars. That's what I prefer to do as well.

Yes i no i mean like the 99 fitness instead of 1 i just think gameplay is better that way. For example with Froome i bet i could win all 3 GT's with no prep races and staying on number 2 fitness it shoulnt be possible imo. |

I believe that's still similar, I believe there's still 0-99(or 0-80) fitness actually, but just displayed as 1-7.

Me too.
Look in DYN_cyclist_fitness and DYN_cyclist_fitness_data. There are some huge numbers.
Play some months and then open your save with an editor, to compare the numbers.

What an awesome game. But I can't seem to get into the 3D race, it just simulates my races. Why is that? It's in Italian, so I don't understand half of it  |

I had that problem too I even downloaded an "English" patch but nothing changed so I guess I did it wrong.

I cannot remember how I did it, I cannot remember if I liked the 3D. Just remember that it is an old game and therefore does not look the same as PCM. |

It's probably because that PCCiclismo game is very old and you'll probably need to play a bit with DosBox (a program that runs very old games on Windows 7/8/Vista without problems). For more info, just google DosBox.
Sorry for going off topic (it's PCM 2014 thread, so yup), but I am going to download that game now and try it out. I already played something similar and it was called "SuperTour 3" which had a scale 1:1 but I can't really remember if you was able to speed it up.
