Great win for Spilak. Only rider with Rodriguez to beat Froome on a mountain!

What would they need them for? It's only a TT left.

There is also a race BEFORe the tv starts. I don't know if you are smart enough to know that. I'm also not sure if you're smart enough that helping can also excist out of getting bottles/food/jackets, keeping people out of the wind... not only riding in front
You don't seem smart to me considering your comment
Was that really called for? There are better ways to make your point

I think Kelderman can get the young riders jersey.
1 sec faster than Pinot today(and holding off Betancur, but I don't rate him too high in longer pancake-flat TTs) and he got the jersey.
Rui Costa might be able to get 2nd in the GC.

Don't believe in Rui Costa getting to 2nd in the GC. 3rd place should be safe, but he's about the same quality as Spilak in TT. |

I think Rui will be a little bit faster, but he's maybe not able to bridge the gap. Rui should be able to get the 3rd place in the GC at least, but you know who I prefer instead of him

Movistar team had a puncture this mourning and Rui Costa quickly got Valverde into a photo ant tweeted it
Rui Costa also said that at the start of Romandie a top 10 would be good, a top 5 would be great and a top 3 would be excellent. Let's hope he can get that excellency. |

With an 18km flat ITT I think Kelderman will finish 3rd (or at least i hope so). Although Costa is a good time triallist as well.
Also for those who still expect Gesink will test himself at least once: no go, he says he sees today as an extra restday for the Giro. Pff. Liked the old Gesink better, at least he went for it everywhere..

Hope the same. Top 5 in the GC should be achievable for Kelderman at least. Would be great

Last year in Romandie there was a 1st category climb on the final 16.5 km time trial and Rui Costa was 38 seconds faster than Spilak and 1'35 faster than Kelderman. This year he needs 34 seconds from Spilak and he has 6 seconds on Kelderman.
But this year the time trial is flat and Spilak is stronger and despite in Pais Vasco Rui Costa was still recovering from his crash on Paris-Nice, Spilak was 33 seconds faster on the 20 km time trial.
Curious to see what the other two portuguese, Tiago Machado and Nélson Oliveira can do today. Hope a top 20 from one of them |

That's not fair. Kelderman developed hard after that
I think Kelderman's TT ability is slightly better than Spilak and slightly worse/comparable than Costa. But we will see.

It's a very bad comparison since that ITT was basically half a mountain ITT and Keldermans form back then was nowhere comparable to now.
A month later that year Kelderman was strong in california and 2 months later 4th in dauphine ITT. |
