Regarding the match, it should be said that Germany played with pretty much only second and third tier players (except for Klose, Mertesacker and maybe Podolski). So it isn't much of an indication, this whole trip to the USA including the match against Ecuador a couple of days ago was mainly an experiment, since no one from Dortmund or Bayern could participate due to the CL final.
Oh and @above: I really wouldn't be surprised if Belgium will be among the top 5-8 teams of the world within the next maybe 3-5 years. Such great talents! Courtois is already a monster keeper, Witsel are Hazard are strong, plus of course Lukaku, Benteke, Mirallas, de Bruyne, I could go on and on. Add to that established players like Kompany, Fellaini, Vermaelen etc. and they should become a force to be reckoned with.
Well in England this would be regarded as world class goalkeeping, wouldn't it
Even Neuer does this stuff sometimes and is still one of the best goalkeepers in the world.
As long you don't do that every single game but just once or twice a year thats no problem. And Ter Stegen is definately one of the young goalkeepers to watch.

Funny "news" in Belgium: In an out-match a couple of years ago, there was one fan from Belgium. He even sat on the players' bus because he was the only one.
Couple of years later, and with new talents like Hazard, De Bruyne, Courtois... Our national team is as popular as ever and the one fan has been joined by millions
I don't demand a coach does his inaugural press conference speaking fluently like Mourinho or Wenger, but at least get his head out of his ass and learn the basics by presentation time.

Standard were coached by Rednic this season, he did a good job keeping them in the title race untill the last 4 games of the play-offs. They finished 4th in the end which resulted in playing play-offs against the winner of play-off 2 (Gent) for the last Europal League ticket. (Don't even try to understand our system. You Can't ) They lost the first game but annihilated Gent in the return with 6-1. Next day, their chairman Duchatelet replaces Rednic (who wanted to stay) with Luzon. Asked why, Duchatelet responded with: "Luzon is a better coach, if you can improve, you have to do so."
Duchatelet (who owned STVV, a smaller Belgian team before buying Standard and also owns a Hungarian team) keeps on trading players between these three teams. Standard currently have 10 outgoing transfers with only 2 coming in.
The fans don't like Duchatelet so treat him and 'his' coach

My God, England is just absolutely useless, regardless of what national team it is; Senior, U20, etc.
I had money on them doing well in the U21-Euros, but they lost all three games. I also put some money on them winning against Iraq in the U20-WC. Nope, 2-2.
What is it about championships and England?
