Bam, Adam Blythe showing he still has it. Surprised them all there by going longer than expected, and paying off in the end with Ben Swift struggling to reach his back wheel before the line.

I had an excellent position 20 m from the finish line
Overall the race was very interesting, first Lutsenko won both sprints and managed to cut his gap to only 4 seconds to Boaro.
By the time they reached Copenhagen rounds, a 15-man break was formed, with both Lars Bak and Michael Valgren in it. That was a very smart move by Tinkoff, as Bak was a big threat to GC, but Valgren was higher, so it was Astana who had to chase. On the last few laps though Astana faded and other teams continued the chase, but they weren't able to catch the break.
Also another podium in finish for Agnoli Maybe he is a hidden sprint gem?
Next week I'll probably post some photos from the race
2 and a half years ago he won it. This year he had all the freedom and was not close to that. He just isn't the same rider. he's not capable of that anymore, as much as I hate it.
Sorry I misread your post, I thought you said the team had not had any success since 2011 not Tom D.
Your point on not bringing him and winning the USAPC still makes no sense to me. He dominated Horner and Horner won the Vuelta last year.
And Horner is miles away from being in the same shape as last year + the competition for this years Vuelta is way harder than last year
You should also remember that last year Danielson also dropped Horner in Utah, after what Horner won Vuelta. So we must remember that for those who target Vuelta this is just a preparation race.
So you are telling me Danielson would have won the Vuelta if he entered it last year? exactly why he should go this year.
Riders reaching the summit in Utah. Currently 4 in front: Horner, Anacona, Danielson and Kelderman. With 10 km downhill to the finish line there's Evans chasing 25 seconds back. I wouldn't be surprised if he catches them and wins another stage, given his great descending skill.
EDIT: Holy shit, how fast was that from Evans I just wonder if he will try to drop them on descent or wait for finish.
EDIT2: And Evans makes it double. He times his attack perfectly, just at the most important corner.

Sorry dear ToU, but as a race that has a fan favourite jersey and it doesn't go to Jensie but to some unknown Kiwi that did nothing all week, you suck.
I know right, though I can only really "blame" the people who voted since it was the fan's choice. The Jensie fan club failed...

Looks a bit like politics to me, making Valgren win and have a danish (youngster) on the top step for the now-russian team. But I remember the kid was mentioned heavily in the PCM interview Ken Sommer and how excited he was about this kid. Alas, good for Valgren, hoping there will be more to see of him.

It's possible, the excitement in the finish was, I think, as big as when Majka won Tour de Pologne on Saturday.
But on the other hand it was also smart - Bak was a big threat to GC (in the end he got 2nd GC ahead of Boaro) and by placing a better positioned rider in the break Tinkoff could just wait and see if Astana or other team catches the break. Bak needed a few seconds over Valgren, he tried several attacks, but couldn't make a gap.

Yes. Valgren had been told to cover Bak. Boaro is quite disappointed though...
