It obviously took the best team in the NHL to stop the Wings home winning streak.

All good things have to come to end, at least it was a top team that ended it. I hope all the fans can carry this excitement into the playoffs because the "Joe" was rocking.

Now Wings must win the President trophy, to play more games at "Joe" than away. Go Wings!

I think Nashville will cause real problems in the West. Solid goalie, even better defense with Hal Gill and as the Bruins showed last year, you dont need prolific scorers to win in the playoffs.

Always been a big fan of him, although I thought it would be unrealistic to get him, since the Canucks already have about 6 possible Centre's, but injuries fucked us over last year, so I guess Gillis is planning for that.
And of course Pahlsson is a great add.

Predators have loaded up even more now. I said they looked like a pretty scary playoff team, under Trotz, but now they've added two more big forwards, that can play well defensively.
I really hope Vancouver doesn't get matched up against them, but then again any team in the West looks really scary.

Nashville yes, I thought it was Sergei who went to Montreal and not the other brother to Nashville
But ain´t that in to NHL dont have time to stay up all night to see much games, so dont really know which team is in the best shape for the playoff.
Always been cheering for Canucks and Trashers/Jets for some reason. I guess the common reason is Örnsköldsvik
Sedins twins , Näslund, a bit of Edler to and Enström in Jets.
And now PÃ¥hlsson to Canucks too

Yeeah, but they haven´t played for "my" team in Sweden haha.
So Canucks has it been since Näslund played there, and right know he is the GM of "my" team Modo Hockey in Sweden with Peter Forsberg as assistant GM. |

Wow, Modo has some all-star managment, didnt know that
I am Red Wings fan from mid/late 90's , their russian legion with Yzerman and the others was something fantastic, now it is the Swedes who lead them.

Red Wings fan all my life, Live in Michigan so any team from Detroit is "my" team. Still waiting for an MLS club though, which kinda sucks considering soccer is my favourite sport

FINALLY!
Our pathetic GM is out!
Pierre Gauthier and Bob Gainey ruined the Montreal Canadiens for the last decade... A new era starts |

Its the Draft!
I want to see Trouba go to the Jets and Malcom Subban go to the Canucks.
As for 1st overall, I think Edmonton trades down and gets Reinhart and whoever else in their deal, Yakupov 1st overall.

Better watch Kreder next year. The Rangers will finally break through! (I hope). This year, they got to the finish line. But instead of the tabe breaking, it turned into elastic and shot them into 3rd place.

Yesssssssssssssssss
We got Trouba! I have seen this guy play, and he is such an underrated player! He is allegedly a D-Dman, but he rushes the puck up too. He's going to be our Top defenseman in a few years! Huge hits, great shot, lots of speed, and gets under the skin of other players.
