Well I think that's it for us...Strong 78 hill rider with the support of a 76 hill, and two 75 hill.
78 Mountains with support of 76, 75 and 71
79 sprint with not a lot of support but still enough for a fairly good lead out.
Have a cobbles rider now with not a huge stat in 72 cobbles but has nice sprint stats so could win a bunch sprint or at least get some nice results.
Finally a couple of strong TT and Prologue riders...Overall I think a fairly good transfer season...Everything went pretty much to plan!
So pretty happy overall!!

Edmondson is Roux 2.0, should get you top half at least <3 Hard to gauge where that squad finishes, depends on planning and how PCM treats you

15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Hope you managed finding satisfying replacements after I "stole" him from you

Can someone explain to me why it is not allowed for teams in loan deals to negotiate a fee they think to be fair, if the wage is not split 50%/50% or 100%/0%? |

One reason is that level 3 and level 4 loans are helping both teams!
Loaning out is getting him developed for future. Loaning in is getting a rider, that actually is helping him.
Hence having some kind of balanced payment is fair.
For lower levels 1 and 2 it`s rather one-sided loans as the loaning in team is not getting a lot but spending race days as the rider is not point scoring material. |

Van der Poel sealed...wanted him last year already. Was my no.1 focus this year as he won the "duel" vs. Benoot on my shortlist.
Viking made it a bit more difficult lately, hence it took some more time.
But good to see him in my team and now I need to see, how I train him best I guess. |

I understand that, sorry misworded my question. I was questioning why it is not allowed to pay more than the difference in wage paid if the wage is split but not 50/50. Like for example in the Per or van Niekerk loans.
If one team pays all the wage, there is no limit to the compensation he receives, but if he pays 95% there has to be an exact fee paid. Same if a wage is split 55%/45% only a small fee gets paid, but if it is 50%/50% which is only a small difference, the fee could be huge.
Does not really seem that balanced imo. I think the wage difference should in all cases be the minimum fee.
If Sotd agrees on a paying a higher fee than the rules allow, it shows imo that the rules are not ideal. |

It's hardly a noticable difference though. Best spend anything left over on training, wildcards or random last-minute riders

Well yeah, that's the plan, I don't have enough left for training, and enough for one more rider to come in, if it fully rolled over I wouldve thought about saving to avenge Navardauskas betrayal next year |
