Congratulations to Samoilev.
He has served us well and perhaps his regained title will make it easier for him to find a new team.

Thanks to the folks stepping up and churning out the NC's. Still of the belief that the new approach adopted for this season is a significant improvement over the previous lottery. Mr Fake Rider's recent victory shows that ther are still room for outlier results, and there have still been a good number of favourites deposed.
Recent results of interest to WCC included two of our loaned out riders who return to the fold with nice new jerseys; step forwards Senor's Contreras (defending his Argy RR), and De Luna (also defending (pretty sure without checking)) his Mexican TT jumper. .

Having no expectations I was casually catching up on NC results to find Sang Hong Park is double Korean NC, nice one!

Some quite surprising outcomes in the Flat NCs there.
Very nice for Hadi to take the Rwandan title, to cap a great season by him. Kinda weird seeing Van Heerden on the attack in a hill race.

A little bit disappointed with Borisavljevic not winning the RR but at least he went and won the TT! Hopefully now that he is maxed, he will be double national champion in the future.

Yeah, I expected an easy win for Sagan or Baska and in the end... what a surprise. Flat variant really seems to be the most unpredictable one by far.

Thanks jph (and SN for the Minions NC ). Luckily the Sheikh's son won the Qatari NC otherwise we'd have a huge scandal within the team.

Just to note: Following Ponzi's World Championship victory, Cesare di Maggio now inherits the Italian Championship victory and jersey.

Thanks for Iceland. Surprising for me that but it will be cool to get Brynjolfsson in the champions jersey as well. Will probably often be in a situation where he is more likely to get in the break and show the jersey.
TT pretty much as expected in Iceland but thrilling battle in Qatar.
