Really cool to see all the scoreres laid out and what each teams Top6 was. Henao started strong but really faded as the season went on, someone can get a bargain in transfers cause he ain't staying Wink
Lobato was surprisingly consistent, almost always in the Top10 but never threatening a major victory, another potential bargain for someone with his wage/points ratio Wink
Castle an absolute star all thanks to Guatemala, he'll never get that many WT points again Pfft
Half our Top6 scorers being Caribbean is a real testament to our project and for two to outscore Newbury is awesome!
And anyone who we beat i feel kinda bad for because my team absolutely sucks outside Henao Pfft

Thanks guys, sorry that the tables are so ugly, that looked better in my spreadsheet.

@dominox: Thank you, very interesting. I forgot about the U25 bonus again. But still, great consistency, I don't have to feel bad that I didn't really notice him. Just one win - Schorn had 7, but he hardly featured in the points classification, unlike Komisarek. Great performance!

@TMM: So you are serious about going all Caribbean? I'll definitely be supporting your team! And I call dibs on Henao. Smile

@Aquarius: Ha, your team is even older than mine! Smile I agree, there are a few riders that can go in any case. Though Moser is great, of course, a bona fide scorer even in the brutal WT. Good grief, I'll need somebody like that next season! I hope you'll go up because that means a team disbands and I have a shot at hiring somebody. Smile

It's not my place to talk much about the WT season, Aviva only featured in one race. But I made my silly "Power of 10" prediction, let's see how accurate it was:

I'd say it worked surprisingly well - considering the quality of the 10th best rider really shouldn't have any impact. Carbonsports didn't come out top, but that was intentional, knockout asked for a prediction that wouldn't see his team in front. Liberty Seguros was the only team that defied the power of 10 completely, followed by Sugoi. Disregarding those two we get:

Onto the value-for-money rankings, prestige points divided by wage. 48 riders achieved a ratio of at least 2:1. I've compiled tables for each division. First off, the World Tour:

I know you knew that, but maybe not everybody. Btw, are you keeping Majka? I need a leader next season, maybe I'll have more luck with him. Smile

Some more totally important stats about the points-to-wage-ratio: Of the 1046 riders under contract in the ICL, 888 have scored at least 1 prestige point this season. Altogether the field collected 221,174 prestige points, which comes to an average of 211.5 points per rider. Heavily skewed towards the top, of course, the median is only 63 points. The total wage bill amounts to 260,405, an average wage of 249.0 per rider (median: 305). That sets the average points-to-wage-ratio at 0.85.

Here are full tables from each division, sorted by teams and then Points/Wage. WT:

Lander (Spidertech) made the biggest jump of these riders, in 4 seasons he collected just 80 points before adding 464 points in 2018. Maybe even more impressive is Liberty's Fernandez, who scored between 42 and 122 points in his first four years, but added 953 to his total in 2018.

And finally, here are the 10 highest climbers this year in(to) the top 100:
