Or if its just in place of a team shirt that is already in game, just renaming the shirt file and putting it in the correct place will do.

With the team_shirts the game looks for a .dds file first, and then if theres isnt one it looks for a .tga file

it didnt hav .tga on the end so maybe thats it
it says it is a "Paintshop Pro 7 Image"
coulld this be an issue? |

im sure i attached the TGA version...
which i did. So im stuck as to how to help nemore, sos, i just make the shirts :S
EDIT:
when changing the file name to the correct name, did you include .tga on the end? if not then it will be classed as a photoshop file only.
