60km - Round 2 gets underway! Day 2 and lets see what the riders have got. Zaman(EUS) is the first to attack. Puskas(VCD) and Rinaldi(LAM) chase him. Segal(AFR) and Garrastazu(MOV) also try and chase a moment later.
55km - Oleastro(ZAC), Tran(PPO) and Jorgensen(OHR) all try and get across.
45km - End of Lap 1! Only 5 riders managed to stay clear (Zaman, Tran, Jorgensen, Rinaldi and Oleastro). They lead by 1'09
38km - A high pace on the climb means the break is caught
30km - End of Lap 2! Zaman breaks clear to win the days IS. He leads by 29"
27km - Mata(COL) bridges across to the front.
23km - Again a high pace catches the duo, and it's Kristoffersen(TNE) who wins the KoM
15km - End of Lap 3! The leading peloton is 43 riders strong, containing almost all the big names, and all of Round 1's top 10 finishers.
12km - Here we go! Teel(GRM) attacks! Abels(TNE), Firmin(FDJ), Van Andel(LTB), Muggia(LAM), Kostelecky(KAT), Gil(COL), Breda(MTN), Barnes(OGE) and Olanrewaju(MTN) all counter at stages up the climb.
8km - Just at the top of the climb and 4 riders lead. Kostelecky, Abels, Teel and Van Andel have a 23" lead. A chase of 5 contains Gil, Muggia, Breda, Barnes and Firmin. A further 25" back is Olanrewaju, and another 16" down is McKenzie(SKY)
3km - Teel lays out an acceleration!
1km - Teel still leads, but the other trio are coming back fast now
FINISH - Kevin Teel wins Round 2! A powerful kick gave him a brilliant victory.

Well, at least Sky finally got a mention but this is not going well. 11th not bad for McKenzie. How come only 2 of our riders finished. Were the others outside the time limit? |

@brewers
Yeah, short races = short time limits. The race splits on the first lap and if you miss out there it's race over within 5k!
Next up is Menorca, a flat race, so everyone should finish. But Calacuccia and Mt.Etna are going to cause havoc i think

Nice win by Teel. Unfortunately the rest of the team does not perform that good...
But if we could hold the second place it would still be good. |

Obviously this has slowed down. I am trying to build up more of the stages in advance but i keep getting distracted by other things in life. And it just gets worse, what with the Daily DB and finally getting GTA...
So this will keep going, just at a very slow pace
