Van Uden was more active in teh british races that aren't on PCS or CQ. As you said he's mainly a sprinter but he also has some good results on the british scene that aren't covered by what you've linked to.
Some of these might be named before, I apologize if I mentioned them another time now. Just got trough the top 1000 top scorers to find some asian hidden gems.
This guy actually won the Tour of Qinghai Lake 42 seconds in front of Y. Nepomnyachsni, and beated Iran's current best climber with over 2 and a half minutes. He should be a good asian stage racier I reckon.
This guy is already in the database as a free agent, but made his breakthrough this year after finishing 10th GC in Le Tour de Langkawi, in front of Kascheskin, Dyachenko og Rolland, I believe he could do with a little stat adjustment.
Another Iranian that really had a good Tour of Qinghai lake, finishing 11th. He also won the entire Tour of Fuzhou! (Okay, I haven't heard about it either, but there were actually some names from the database there )
If I got it right, only Arashiro did better as a japanese last season. Ito finished 10th in Tour de Taiwan and 15th in Tour de Korea to mention some of the bigger races. I believe he should be in the database, but don't make him too good, cause Meiji has enough good riders

One of very few riders from UAE, who have actually scored any points. Seems to be sort of a a sprinter judged by his best results, though not very good. Probably better prologue stat than TT judging on the results.
I am not sure if these two riders have already been suggested. They are all solid young cobblers.

Finally, I would suggest tweaking the ratings of Marczynki since he proved to be a better rider than what he's in the DB. He had a really nice '12 and he's the former nat champ both in RR and TT (in '11)

Quite allround. Good puncher, had a good result in the hilly stage of *that Polish 2.1 race that nobody can spell*. Has a decent sprint as well, and likes to attack.

A decent helper, but definitely nothing special. Should be a puncher/climber.
DOMAGALSKI, Karol
A fighter. He really attacks a lot. He's also a good puncher that also can TT, given his 7th place at the Polish NC.
KIRPSZA, Piotr
Good sprinter, had some solid results in Bulgaria & Serbia.
KOMAR, Mateusz
Good puncher with a above-average sprint.
KOWALCZYK, Jaroslaw
Should be a decent puncher, nothing special.
KUREK, Adrian
A fine TT-ist. 24th in the recent Bessèges TT & also some good results at the Sibiu TTs and at that Polish 2.1 race.
Could also be of any use in the hills & in the sprint train, but mainly a TTist.
OWSIAN, Lukasz
Should be a sprinter that takes hills fairly good. Or a puncher that has a fairly good sprint, that's hard to say. Not a world-beater though, he's mediocre.
SKARZYNSKI, Wojciech
A really consistent sprinter. Not a guy who gets you a lot of wins, but he scored some decent Top 10s in Polish races.
STACHOWIAK, Adam
A strong, explosive, puncher.
STEPNIAK, Grzegorz
A really good sprinter, has secured a few podium spots and wins over the 2013 season. 8th at a Turkey stage is most notable.
ZIELINSKI, Kamil
Should be a bit similair to Stepniak, a fairly good sprinter.
NOWAK, Mateusz
A TTist/sprinter, can do both about the same, but if I have to choose, I think it'd be a sprinter. Should be slower than the two above, but a solid sprinter as well.

He's a NeoPro at An Post this season, the only notable result so far was a sixth place at Etoile de Besseges, where he came last out of a breakaway group. It's hard to tell on the videos that exist, but i believe he had a mechanical of some sort near the finish. I'd say his main stats should be flat, TT and fighter. He was very promising as junior rider, but he had a very serious achilles injury, and he's only just recovering from it, still.

He is a second season pro riding for Madison-Genesis, most notable result (and only one really) is a stage win at the 2012 Tour of Bulgaria. He escaped the pack shortly before the sprint (or so the results look like), so i'd have to say again flat and fighter should have high priority. He also finished second to Sam Bennett in the U23 RR in 2010, so he seems to have a decent sprint to him too.

He was at Rapha-Condor last year, where his best results where a 3rd at the Tour de Korea TTT and a 6th at the TT nationals, as well as often placing in the top 20 on sprint stages. That, and the succes he has had on the domestic scene, winning various classics and stage races, as well as the U23 TT championships, suggest he is a strong rider on the flats, again with a fair bit of fighting spirit.

Well, what is there this man can't do, is the question? He rides for Hincapie at the moment, where he took the TT at Tour de Beauce as well as a Top 10 on a sprint stage. He also finished 10th in the TT nationals, as well as finishing third in the mountanious Philly classic. He also got third on a hilly stage at Fleche du Sud. And of course he won a stage and the GC at Paris-Arras Tour. I'd make him a hilly TT-ist who can handle the mountains allright, and a high fighter stat too, since he seems to have attacked a lot to get some of those results.
Gotta go now, but might add to that list a little later.
I have to correct myself, apparently the "Mountain" in Philly isn't all that high, so it was more of a hilly race. So Rosskopf is definitely a hilly TTist.

Lodewyck is in the DB. Bille, because nobody has ever noticed he was missing and posted his name in one of these threads before. The original DB was from 2007, don't forget. He isnt a WT rider anymore anyway!
Tao Geoghan Hart 30/03/1995 Pro Cycling Stats
Very talented British climber. Is riding for Bissel now, as NeoPro. Last year he picked up quite a few good results in junior races, most notably his Points, KoM and GC sweep at Lunigiana, where he got a stage win and two second places. He also had a few Top 10s/5s on various stages and GCs. He also won the Tour of Istria, taking a stage win and a third place. A third place is also what he achieved in juniors P-R, which goes to show he can also do well on the flat. He can also TT reasonably well, but nothing outstanding. I'd give him a high potential anyway, he seems to still have a lot in him.

He's a bit like Hart's side-kick, seemingly being his super-domestique in the mountains too. He naturally didn't achieve as much this way, his season highlights were a 2nd in the GC at Lunigiana and a 7th at the junior worlds. I believe he might be a bit more of a hills rider judging by these results, but it could just have been his form on the day either. I think he mightn't have quite the potential of Hart, but he should still max out at a high enough level.
Richard Handley 01/09/1990 Pro Cycling Stats
Yet another British Climber, though he's much more experienced than the first two. He's a pro since 2010, and now riding for Rapha-Condor. His biggest achievement were a stage win and the points jersey at Vuelta a Leon in 2012, as well as finishing fourth and fifth (In 2013 and 2012) at the An Post Rás, where he also took the white jersey in 2012. He also has various top 10s in .2 races to his name. I wouldn't give him too much potential, since he doesn't seem to have progressed all that much over the years.

And again it's a British Climber. This one has been succesful in the GC of the 2013 Tour de Korea, where he took three stage Top 10's, one of them being the TTT. Except for that the only other result of note is a third in the2012 Tobago Cycling Classic. I'd say he could very well be the worst of those four, and i don't think i'd give him a too high potential either.

2012 really was the year of this young Brit, when he managed to take a stage at Trofeo Karlsberg, a third at junior P-R, a fifth at junior K-B-K and a fifth at the junior worlds. I'd give him a medium potential, since he hasn't shown too much since 2012, but surely still has something left in him.
Chris Lawless 04/11/1995 Pro Cycling Stats
You're typical British sprinter, being succesful on numerous occasions in last years junior circuit. He took a stage, two second places and the points jersey at Trofeo Karlsberg last year. He also did well in the Prologue of this years Herald Sun Tour, as part of the GB national team, another showing of his fast legs, beating guys like Flakemore, Meyer, Wurf and Haig. I'd give him a high potential, i could see him doing very well in bigger sprints too in the future.
Germain Burton 29/01/1995 Pro Cycling Stats
He was seemingly Lawless' lead out man in the junior races, though he picked up a few nice results himself, most notably a stage at the junior Peace Race in 2013 and a stage at the Sint-Martinusprijs Kontich in 2012, as well as placing on the podium consistently last season. He also rode well in the Prologue of the Herald Sun Tour, coming in tenth, only a second down on guys like Rohan Dennis or Neil van der Ploeg, so i'd give him a higher Prologue stat than Lawless, as well as a higher FL stat but maybe a slighlty lower potential.
