Well he is going to be.. Sagan like, almost I'm going make him into a rounded rider before I start focusing on sprinting.
I have another one who will be fairly decent too.
That's the only two I've got though out of maybe ten signings. I look for high starting attributes, but most of them have turned out to have average potential.

Would it be okay to post PCM 11 riders here?

I never had any luck finding any talents. Normally my scouts find riders with just one stat above 70. Am i doing something wrong?
In the start of the season i usually place my scout in a country where he comes from. Mostly the Netherlands... (perhaps there arent talented riders from the Netherlands, Wow PCM is really realistic! ) |

Usually good scouts find 1 or 2 decent talents per season in my experience. Other than that, you can obviously snatch some talent if you follow the U23 rankings |

The Netherlands are a bad scouting area.
They produce a lot of talents in PCM, but devided in 12 regions. So there might be only 1 or 2 good guys per region.
Belgium is the best scouting country in terms of talented riders/region I think.
And starting stats aren't that important, having a lot of potential is more important.
I don't really use scouts a lot, I prefer U23 races. If you want high starting stats, it's extremely recommended anyway.
If you want a Dutch guy, search for the best Dutch guy in the U23 rankings

Scouting talents is pretty much waste of money, 90 % of the talents the scout finds, is riders from the u23.

Vlaanderen, USA, and Russia are all equally the best regions to scout for riders.

Okay, thanks. Forgot USA, but didn't know about Russia being so good.
I'll keep an eye on that from now on

Yeah, that's just amazing!
Also, just hit me, all those guys are yours. (Otherwise you couldn't see progress potential ofc, and they're all Vodafone).
Man, what a great team!

Yeah, that's the biggest the reason why I stopped playing with this team, they became too strong for my liking.
And yeah, I was really surprised when I saw a guy from San Marino winning the U23 races like crazy I obviously had to sign him.
The team was originally Endura Racing btw (the save is before they became NetApp-Endura), but only 3 of the Endura guys are still on my team (Bibby, Tiernan-Locke and McEvoy) |
