Hugely disappointing from Malori. Doesn't look very promising ahead of the Tour's long TT.
Would've been awesome if Pirazzi had won that!

It's more: How bad are Italians at TT-ing
Hugely dissapointing from Malori though
Edit: It was in Val di Sole, a ski resort, so don't think it was a flat timetrial

Went uphill almost all the time, never really steep, but still more than 500 meters of climbing altogether.

So that explains it. Pirazzi is having a great season, wouldn't surprise me if he went to the World Tour in a few years, maybe next year too. Should be a good domestique and also fight for breakaway wins. |
