Oh I love the idea of having some. But I think it's getting out of control with the story element going away. It's like the only reason the stages are happening is to have the journals...

Partly agree.
Some stuff from riders is nice, but tight now i'm drowning under really quite pointless (most of them) pieces from riders.
fernando97 does want some RPG stuff cool, but i think any posts should be cleared with him first, and only if they actually contribute something to the story.

Yeah, that sounded bad and I think my last post sounded much more clear as to what I meant.

I'm on the fence personally, i think it's a nice touch, and enjoyed writing my piece, that being said I only did mine because i'd done something of note in the report, and I think it could get too ott and take away from the story, I don't see a problem with people getting involved, i like reading it, but when there are so many saying nothing it's hard to follow, especially with huge numbers about nothing, such as most of the training camp reports...
I suspect people are writing only for the spider-points, and i think thats when it goes to far from my point of view at least

So, I think I found a solution to the problem... (I also noticed it guys, just wanted to reduce the points for writing...)
I'm thinking about a weekly column, which would contain some helpful infos, happenings around the team, the racing part, results from other races, articles by our riders and such. It'd be called "Spider News". What do you think about it?
Also, I'd ask a graphics artist like Kristjan... ehm. fcancellara to help us with the design, it'd look really fancy...

Ok, I realised that you guys have a point here...
Weekly news seems nice...
And no, I didn't do it for the spider points, I did it because it was fun(and maybe a bit because I was bored )

You're always free to try, but I'll surely ask Casper, as he helped me with sooooo many things around the story, but if you have a go at it too, we could maybe do a competion.
The main colours of the magazine should be black and light blue, like the jersey, it'd also be like a banner, just optimized for newspapers...
And also, he is one of my best friends around the forum.
