Only 3 champions for Pearl Adidas so far, and they are all from small countries (Panayotov RR and TT and Kangert TT).
Looking forward to the French NCs though

I just have to point out that Jurkha Arabuli is Georgian, meaning he would take the georgian road race before Giorgi Nadiradze, and the Armenian RR would go to Aravkelyan(?) Doesn't remember how the standing were in the TT, but possibly a change there also
It might be my own fault though, as I listed Arabuli as armenian in the NC-thread a week ago as I didn't find the georgian shortlist-flag. Sorry for any inconvenience if its made by me here. |

Had hoped for Velits to win the TT. Was pretty close.
Also Iglinski was doing good. But now it might be hard to get a Nationak Chamo. At least I have the World Champion. |

That mountain in the Colombian RR was really brutal, but good to see former star Serpa performing well enough to secure a medal!
- Can't wait for the Irish championship, it's clearly my best bet for another national champion though I fear Dan Martin!

At least I was very active in the Colombian champs, shame one of the breaks couldn't get a bit more time, but there wasn't much chance of them getting away. 16th isn't too bad considering how hard the final climb was.

The Colombian nationals reminded me of the long climb of the Pico de Veleta at this years Man Game Vuelta.
Uran was playing the Madrazo there and Pedraza the Intxausti. The Colombians just had to come up with a climb like that for their nationals - crazy!

Well played Serpa. Pedraza was just too strong today. Well ridden by him btw.
3rd here was nice, although this was probably the last shot at taking the win.

Wow, that was some incredible riding from Agudelo and Jaramillo. Especially Agudelo, attacking a lot on the flat before climbing to 6th. He must have had a super day, a shame he wasn't allowed clear in a breakaway
Congratulations to mattiasgt and Sony! Somewhat of an upset win, holding of Uran, Serpa and Henao. |
