Yes you are allowed, just take in mind that you'll have to take the time from the Nibali to the 2nd guy, so if you don't put him on 0 in time, then you loose potentional time.

And uhhmm... Form of the day +5 doesn't mean that his stats are going up by +5. It's effect is way smaller, I'd rather say that his form increases by 5(though I've got the feeling it's effect is a little bit more, but at least that's more likely), so with form normally being 89, it'd be 94.
Not sure what's the exact effect, but 100% sure it's not 'all stats +5'.

Sweet, thanks for sending it in. I mostly chose this challenge because Vivivani and I have history going back, for some reason I just can't win with him. I'm not doing prizes each round, but whoever has the most points in the overall standing by September 15th (Vueltas last day) will get a sweet COTW t-shirt.
My reputation is on the line with this downhill challenge.
