Guys nobody fall for the availability list, it's a trap to train Pogacar again!
Always a huge fan of your squad building work and talking to you in transfers whether we deal or not. When a rider we spent a week discussing last year has five dots again, I'm sure we'll have a starting point of our conversation

I'm sure we'll talk this transfer season as there are some interesting riders on your availability list! And maybe this time we'll actually seal the deal

You did well in renewals! And a really cool setup aswell… Could it finally be time for Christodoulos to come play with other Cypriots?
Yeah, did okay I think. Christodoulos's future is totally down to you

Interesting renewals as far as I can see - I'm really surprised that TGH has taken a serious pay cut.
I'm not surprised. Maybe I could've gone lower, but it is what it is.

We're all shocked and confused the Pogacar is unavailable.
Was a good renewals, especially with Tao, and you should have an interesting transfers!
Hey, that's at least 3 things him and Per have in common

Probably the most excited I've been for a list so far. A fantastic team and very interested to see so many high availability riders. If all of them depart, I'll be watching closely to see which direction you take the team this year.
I'll be surprised if they all leave, but I guess it's possible. I'm happy I was able to provide you with some excitement with the availability list. Also thank you for the kind words
whitejersey wrote:
We're for sure going to have some talks in the off season. A super interesting list of riders, which is needed when you need to fund Siric and Pogacar's training!
Nice! I don't recall us ever making a deal, looking forward to hearing whatever is on your mind
ember wrote:
Those availability dots should make for a fun transfer season for you! Should be lots of interest, at least Hope you figure out where to go from here, and how to prioritize. If raising money for training is your main priority, surely all those riders for sale will bring in lots of money.
Yeah, I have to strike the right balance and I likely need a few things to go my way also. Not overly confident I'll get it right, but I'll try
Booker wrote:
Loads of wiggle room in this roster, I like to see the dots on a couple of riders.
Those renewals overall are a mega positive and give you the opportunity to build on that foundation, congrats!
Not sure I'd go as far as "mega". Maybe some are missing the context of how much we regressed last season, but of course we're also far from doomed
Fabianski wrote:
Decent renewals for you, in particular with Tao's wage getting more reasonable now. Somehow the previous engine didn't like him, but I'm sure he can still be of big value for you - be it by scoring or by generating some transfer revenue
I wish Lammertink already had these 5 dots last year, as you now how reluctant I am to go for 32y.o. guys Might still be worth an inquiry, we'll see how transfers go... I think we had lots of discussions in recent years, but no deals - time to change that?
Good luck anyway
Thanks! Good luck to you as well
I think given our track record we most likely won't be making a deal, but I'm open to trying anyway

Of course Wright has a special McCormick only 4 dot rating. Some other interesting names there for us as well.
You're welcome!

Some interesting available riders, even though they might not fit a CT squad :/
Pogacar and Geoghegan Hart is a great start for a great team, and you have great climbing and time trial depth to build and support them! (Unless you sell Hart that is)
And here I thought my guys were quite cap compliant, even for CT
Not sure why you'd single out the 1st and 3rd best rider, but I appreciate the kind words regardless

It's a good thing then that he's not nearly as good as Pidcock and Areruya and goes to different races anyway
We may have a starting point of conversation. That doesn't mean it's necessarily a good starting point

Now that doesn't paint me in good light, does it?

Fun times ahead for you looking at that availability list! One rider in particular piques my interest, unsurprisingly. Perhaps things align to make something happen, we'll see

Looks like renewals went well for you. Some interesting riders listed to fund the endless training fund for Pogacar - I think you should be able to reach the amount you need this season without a lot of trouble. TGH had a slow year, interested to see he might be considered to be on the way out.

I was hoping for even a small chance of having him ride for me next season even when i knew that would be very unlikely. Won't stop me from trying even when the answer seems obvious

Slow year or not I guess there's always a chance. I always at least consider things.

Very big availability list but I also guess you have a good number of riders more than the minimum requirement. Can easily guess a lot of investment will again be going towards the local leaders but also looking to following if there's someone else that will be coming in to supplement them.

Nice renewals Tao looks like a decent pick up if he's allowed to leave

I gotta find a way to trim the squad and make it better at the same.
Ditto!

Difficult, but not impossible I think.

Thanks. Frustration got the better of me at times

I, for one, am more than happy to contribute to Pogi's training fund. We had a fantastic time having Wright on the squad for a year; even though he isn't likely to make a return, maybe he can spread the word to a teammate or two.

I think the whole Pogi training fund is getting a bit overblown
I enjoyed Wright riding for you guys. If McCormick doesn't turn his head I hope to see him do some similar things with us.
