The Giro for Daily V2 was not the finished version. I knew all the bugs in those stages.

Lower your graphic settings, and it will probably work. |

it was included with the CYA DB beta version, but I didn't know that, and downloaded your version and put them in CM_stages, overwriting the CYA DB ones (which are as I said exactly the same ones)...
CT, I'll try that next time.
edit: just tried with cancelling out the anti-aliasing and it worked... too bad I already simmed through in my career, guess my Jelly Belly boys will have to make up to it in the next stages... overall they're nicely made Johan.

Unfortunately stage 5 & 6 also give me problems and lowering the graphics settings, even to the lowest, doesn't help there :s

Is it the same kind of problems, e.g. crash during the stage? |

Well, the rule of thumb is that as long as the stage loads, there's nothing wrong with the stage. In cases with crashes during the stages, it's more a matter of the graphical setup.
Even though the Performance Update is made for the PCM.daily DB, and not the Cya one, it'll partly work on other databases too. Give it a try:

Giro d'Italia Stage 10 keeps crashing at 150-145km from the finish?
I downloaded your stage at cyanide and download the custom tour made by one there, and i always get a crash around 150 km from the finish? |

I've played that stage around 15 times before I released the race, no crashes at all. Have you tried to not use the custom tour?

That is not true CrueTrue. I had loads of unexplainable crashes, everytime at the same moment, without any mistake or something like that. My computer is at every aspect better as the system requirements, even as the recommendent. So that shouldn't be any problem... And it didn't only crash at that particular moment with me, also with other people. They were only at the highest grapic setups and putting 1 (sometimes 2) settings only '1' lower, fixed it. But still, that shouldn't happen in a normal game... |

So what you're saying is:
1. There's no mistakes in the stage, but it crashes anyway.
2. Your computer is better than the system requirements.
3. Yet when you lower the graphic settings, the stage works.
Which is my point exactly. There's nothing wrong with the stage as long as it can load, and the problem is fixable by lowering the graphic settings. |

I forgot to mention that when you delete 1 or several elements from the stage (mostly randomly or water), it can be played at the highest settings.
No, the stages weren't very hard to load. |

Yes, if you delete those elements, the stage gets less detailed and is therefore less requiring.
Anyway, useless discussion |
