Indeed, hoping that these reports bring some positivity to those looking for some good news - although that is really for you all to decide as the stages release!
As said in Avenir, much appreciate the support from this group!

Forssell clearly has balls too big for his legs, opening up from over a kilometer out despite his poor backups. 6th is still a nice result from him though!

Good to see the race back on, hopefully isn't a total disaster like our other May races.
Nice to see Haller attentive although his timing wasn't quite right. He did beat his predecessor Walscheid, though, so sure he is happy with that.
Not sure about all this rooting for Olivier - Yates is basically the same rider minus 1 little MT point - where are his shout outs? Plus we need the points a lot more than Sony.

Currie did more for us here in one stage here than the entire team did in over a week in Spain

Looked to me as if Sureda was too often in the wind in the preparation. But the focus is on the mountain stages anyway..

Well timed by Peak to come from very far behind. We're very happy with 2nd place, and it's kind of a bonus as well, as we're here mainly for Novak's GC chances and potentially a white jersey fight for AHJ. |

Here for fun more or less. Hoping Tenorio gets fucked up in the first mountain stage and then can go and chase breaks with Abdurrahman.
Rooting for Yates to have a big race. If the stages are somewhat in selective with a group of 10-20 coming into the last 2km or so he’ll punch well above his weight.

I wasn't prepared to get hurt by Van Poppel twice in the same day. But it's good to have sean and the race back!

First of all good to see you back, sean! Then congratulations to fj for another sprint victory. And finally another good result from Hodeg in PTHC (and his home tour). Let's hope Ranaweera is able to contest the top 10 too.

Congrats to Manada on a tremendous breakaway win. That is the kind I love to see. Just grueling, and never quite knowing if it's going to come back.
Not much to see for us. Having almost everyone in the front group is nice, though that won't really matter after the next few days.

Good to see you back.
Regarding the race, decent start. Unfortunately Rivera was too strong somehow. Nice stuff. But obviously had taken the surprise sprint win with Phinney as well. Though a 2nd is a 2nd and take the vital bonus seconds here. No TT means, any bonus second could be very important for him. |

Not happy to gift some bonus seconds to our rivals but hopefully that wont be crucial in the end. At least a very solid sprint by gavars to claim a couple points

Congrats to DW for a big success from the break, those are always great! Also nice to see Vauquelin show up in 9th. Now it's Ranaweeras turn to stay with the big guns in the mountains as long as possible.

Great win from DarkWolf If we can get away with some minor points from Quintana and Wouters, I'll be a happy manager.
Good to have you back sean!

Good stage placing by Novak! A pity no gaps were there, but that was also expected with such a finish. Now he needs to find his climbing legs for GC duties, fingers crossed he is ready. |

Banging result for Manada congrats to DW!
Barguil doesn't lose time but his positioning doesn't look promising.
