A decent fella, nice flag, can be of help on couple different terrains, not too shabby.

Our Halvorsen replacement, only costing us 500k and Vadim Pronskiy. Only 275k wage, perennial top 30 PCT scorer, pot 6 so even next year can do a decent job. Very happy with the signing.

A couple decent hands (legs?) joining us for 200k from Spark Team. Sakalou for regional representation and Kopfauf for the stage wins goal. Both might still be shipped off elsewhere though.

Believe that is our current team. We are involved in several trades with other teams, can be a bit tricky to keep track of the team in the moment. As is obvious, there's still work to be done, been a tough window, but Žalgiris tends to pull it off by the end of the window every year somehow. We'll see.
We acquired Pauls Rubenis from Lotto for cool 75k mainly because we didn't like the proposed stat gains for him. Will be a reliable cobble dom in the future.

Another Estonian joins us for 400k from Everesting. Freshly maxed, very nice all around stats. Maybe someone who might consider training next year for someone to hold the front until Mihkels ascends to Estonian throne.

Completing the Baltic trifecta is the one decent Lithuanian talent that we let slip away from us, but he is back home now. He will not get training love from us this year, but he should be a damn great stage race hunter for us in the mold of Hayakawa and Losch.

There's still a few guys to come, but most of the core roster is complete by now.
@Nemo very fair assessment, 2 great talents and Mikutis indeed !!
@sammy you might be right, but he might also just want me to waste my money on Latvians instead of Lithuanians !!
@jt Yeah 250k may end up being a bargain for sure. wasn't the year to get the big ones I guess
@abhi as long as they help me finish ahead of Sony - Force India aka Philips
@rod I didn't even notice that they just were at the top of the list of riders from the good countries, I guess that's not a great sign seeing the fate of their former team But yeah, the team will still get better, so I certainly bloody hope we finish higher (we really should tho)

A 2nd rider from Philips? Team will be doubly cursed now, but Kozha is a fantastic rider, for 250k we couldn't resist
---
And that is team mostly completed. There will be some minor changes such as loans, definitely some fairly big changes such as training, but for the most part the top names on the team will remain the top names.
You've got much regional depth there, but will Vesely / Rojus in the sprints, Kmieliauskas / Beniusis in TTs and Kwiatkoski / Sagan in hilly races be enough to stay out of the relegation fight? Could highly depend on the two veteran puncheurs performing better than last season with Binance.
@abhi Philips fills a hole in me heart that no other thing could fill

Couple phenomenal wonderkids join us from Indonesia. We thank National Sports Committee of Indonesia for putting this deal together, as this will both allow us to invest the money received into our own infrastructure and help Indonesian kids get inspired by raising the profile of cycling in the country. Definitely.

Loan
We have also brought in Arnaud de Lie on loan from Aker. An absolute wonderkid, future superstar. There's only one place for those type of riders to hone their skills, and that is Žalgiris. Joining dozens of current superstars to have passed through our Academy.
---
As part of neverending rollercoaster that is Žalgiris transfer window, Bakhtiyar Kozhatayev, Mihkel Raim, Andrei Sakalou and Pauls Rubenis have left the team. Gal Glivar and Kristians Belohvosciks have also been loaned out.
With the blessing and overwhelming support from Indonesian government, who were delighted that we managed to get Indonesian riders to the highest tier of cycling, riding for Jura, we brought back Big Giorgi. Not the best move in terms of points and team building for this year, as we are not going to any C1 cobble races (I think), but it's a great building block for next year, and a great candidate for training.

Ghhhhuugggghhh that OVR jump. Also biggest reason why he wasn't trained to 81. Consequences after Kmieliauskas jump would've been terrible. Will still be a very nice scorer this year and years to come, even if there might be no more training done to him

Even though I really wanted to make him Kangert at home, Mikutis is sort of that, so we could just focus on mountain and maybe get him to poor man's Galta level.
---
I think that is it. Here's the full roster for the year barring any mishaps on my end.
A couple of very nice trainings! I must admit I thought you ended up doing the 81TT training. But I think this is a better spread. But also a bit similar to how I train my greeks, and I haven't really managed to create a top rider
Also nice to see how you ended up with a bunch of baltic riders towards the end there. Would have loved to do the same with a couple of aging greeks, but the cap wasn't there, and the two stagiare eligeble ones were already taken before I knew I could afford some.
You have a great team this season. I suspect we will be fighting in around the same area - top 10 with an outside shot of promotion.

Well, I do have the luxury of having a star Lithuanian, so there isn't a necessity to make one, I can make two better role riders instead !! However If I did feel like the team could make the very realistic push for promotion, would've gone with 81 instead. Top 10 would be nice, I haven't had any money from goals or standings at all in PCT.
Got to respect the decision to go local and immediately have this nice team. A mix of stronger old dogs, nice talent such as Mikutis and also strong newly trained riders such as Beniusis. If everything really goes your way and you have that Los Pollos amount of luck, promotion could be a thing.

Quite a few goats are required to acquire the LPH luck
Beniusis training should pay off as he hits that seemingly magical 80 TT mark. Lasinis also becomes a proper stage race leader with the added MO training. That now has you covered on all terrains which should in theory give you more planning flexibility
Interesting to pair Kwiatkowski and Sagan again after what happened with Binance last year. You got both on good wages though so that at least is a better setup.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

In theory..in practicality, put 1 next to a race's name you like

Hard to take anything happened in PT into account, especially since they're both different riders this year. Also most of their RDs will be spent separately, there are a few races where I've sent them both to, but with such a heavy hill calendar (for me) I've had enough races to spread them out
