even when controling your team in a regular race you're not being a manager you're just controling the riders of the team so...
and as Maggot mentioned in track mode you can control a single rider so it wouldnt be so much different from the rest of the game essential

This is also something they have to do if they want something with the track thing, and it would be great to the track ladder (if the bother making one), schtrach and points race is there.

My wishes:
Enhanced track mode (season mode, more formats).
"Watch-only" option.
Cyclocross would also be fine.
OK, an "awareness" value for the masterminds and the blockheads of the peloton, as well 
In general I'm satisfied with the game as it is. Perhaps I would wish there were an option in the game itself to add more races to the calendar, but anyway it isn't that difficult to do so with the unofficial editors...

As a programmer, I would like to see Cyanide use something other than XML for many of their files. I recently wrote a program with a few buddies where we integrated XML into C++, it didn't go so well. Lets just say I am a little more than suspicious that many issues with the game environment stem from the usage of XML. Just in general, I think the game could be programmed better, I have major issues with the gameplay, and it doesn't seem like it would be that hard to fix, all you would need to do is screw around with some variables. |

I want to see crashes on the track. They have the beginnings of a really great game if they can stop blocking on the track online. Obviously, new modes as well. And the gameplay should make it possible to gain a lap.
And for road, I want to see a scale of 1:1 for the whole stage. I'd also like 'solid' riders and for the sprinting to work properly.
I also want the menu's redesigned so it's possible to list up say 30/40 frames and select them too. And I want it to be possible to link individual equipment to individual riders.
That's just for starters. |

Although we shouldn't forget that Blood Bowl already now before the release has a pretty great community, and it could turn out to become Cyanide's next "hit"

One note on Blood Bowl before we return to the topic: Blood Bowl actually got the potential to match PCM in sales if they can get the marketing right and dont fuck up with the game itself.
For PCM09, i just want the guys to play Football Manager for 5 hours every workday and then make the manager part in PCM way more expansive.
