I thought the yellow jersey curse was gone, guess I was wrong... Or maybe it was rather the green jersey curse, as I could also observe in ToA that the points leader was often not well positioned. So Stepniak actually did a good job to sprint from nowhere to 12th place. Hoping for some more Top 10 results on the two remaining flat stages, though.
I still dislike Saber, congrats nonetheless to Adler.
Thanks for the report to red.

I am really proud of my riders so far! I hoped we could score a few points and maybe some slight highlights here for the end of our season in this last month. But what they are showing now is beyond my expectations. Willwohl with a podium today is great and he also did well on the first 2 stages. And then we have Lietaer, we havent seen much of him this year but now he tries to shine and does well. Now having 2 Shirts on him is just unbelievable! Great Riding and whatever now comes this tour is a success for us and maybe a good leadout for our future next year!
Thanks for the report!!!

Think this is the third race in a row where Keough has been totally useless. Has never been a favorite of McCormick management and now he is kindly justifying our feelings.

OK... Guess I haven't seen such a weird sprint yet. Why on earth would most sprinters just ignore a sprint stage?
Well, I can't really complain, given that we took 4th place. I was happy to see Stepniak somewhat participating - before noticing that Stepniak was actually Stocker Bad for the points standings, good for Stocker.
Now onto the most important stage; I'm hoping the result will be a bit more consistent with the actual rider skills.
Commiserations to all those whose sprinters have been sh*t all race long (especially Bennett, who seems to have fallen into the 4th sprinter trap here). Congrats to Tryg, guess it looks pretty good for promotion by now.
Thanks to red for the report, although the result was a bit... questionable.

We continue our good run at this Tour. Predatsch P4 is a really great result, all in the top 10 would be a good result. So being 4th is even better. So lets hope nothing weird happens and he can stay in Top 5 and Lietaer keeps his jersey than we most likely had our best result this year in a stage race right at our last one! A really nice goodbye for our current partners!

Decent performance by the team, with maybe a last good stage for Guerao tomorrow.
Problem is, Staffbase is doing even better
Thanks for the reports!

I don’t understand Erdenebat…
12th GC. Youth ranking is a nice consolation prize but still…

The tables have turned this time in the promotion battle. Not that it matters though - it is a lost cause

Wow, congrats Jura.
The Glanbia TT threat was a dud today. We needed just one guy to hit the sweet spot but I guess we've used up our daily form luck for the season
Having said that 6 in the top 22 isn't to be sniffed at.

Wow, definitely didn't expect that! Rekita obviously was the top favorite, and I love to see him finally win a C2 ITT stage (he also won IoM, but that's a classic)
Marchewka and Frison were the two lucky guys in the big field of secondary favorites, so a 1-2 for us is definitely lucky. It somewhat hurts to see all Glanbia guys have a rather bad day - plus Erdenebat for BNZ. The latter should definitely have kept them in the promotion fight here, instead it's Frison having a good day and probably nailing promotion for Tryg.
Thanks for the report and the congrats Maybe I should start thinking about a change of primary nation

Geez, thanks for reminding me that I've let Marchewka go. Where the hell was he when needed to show up when he was on my team

Solid result from Castrillo for 8th and Cardona just outside the Top 20. Will hopefully be a decent little points haul.

Last Stage another finish in the Points for Willwohl! Lietaer keeps the KoM Shirt and Predatsch finishes P4 overall.
This Tour is a huge success for our team and more than i expected. I am very Proud at my team how they performed at the whole thing!
Congrats to all the winners and succesful teams and thanks for the reporting of this tour!

Keough manages a 4th to avoid a total wash out. But Mostov taking 10th in the GC is a nice compensation for the sprint failures.
Congrats to Jura, this definitely seals the CT title. Thanks for the reports.
