That was probably our best shot at avoiding a zero-pointer
Well, can't fault Oram's efforts

Useful 6 points for Arndt means he might have a shot at the Points jersey.
Congrats to BWT and commiserations for teams bringing sprinters.
Thanks for the report UU.

Ouch, that was a horrible stage for us. First of all, no clue why we didn't even contribute to the chase if two of our sprinters are among the stage favorites. Then, why were they nowhere to be seen? It can't be 4th sprinter curse, so something went really wrong for us.
And yeah, that stage really seems to be broken, with two breakaway wins in a row for no reason at all. That breakaway was weak enough so every team could have caught them singlehandedly - no idea why it didn't work. Congrats nonetheless to my fellow CT managers - you have seize your chances whenever you get them
Thanks for the report, UU! It was a weird stage for sure, but you covered it well. Disappointing outcome for us, but that's not your issue

Well, I have to be happy with this first stage performance, that's some points taken! Very happy to see Moscon win today, too.
Can't understand why Rodriguez didn't went in the break instead of Doubey, though. Et would have been able to take the KoM for himself, I guess.
Well, let's hope we can try something about that tomorrow.
Thanks for the reports Ulrich ! |

Wait, did that really just happen?
Moscon has been almost useless all season long, and then completely out of the nothing delivers a copy&paste win on this stage - no clue what PCM is having against him this year, but the AI just seems to love him on that one stage. Almost as many points scored as in his entire season so far...
And kudos also to Schmid who tore the pack apart as it seems, which might have been exactly what Moscon needed to finally make use of his good energy stats.
On the other hand, Moscon will probably drop like a stone tomorrow - as he did last year wearing the leader jersey - so it's not good to have Masnada out of the GC race. But I doubt he could've scored lots of GC points anyway, so with that stage win in hand I can definitely live with that.
Good to see Beltran finally, finally do something this year Would be great to see him win the race, but all those climbers won't just let him run away with it easily.
Thanks again for the report, Ulrich - must be weird to see a c&p finish on the first two spots

Really? Nice to see Moscon performing for Jura after a tough year. Not what we needed GC wise.
Not sure I trust below-60DH Areruya in the supertuck position

Perhaps a good thing Lemus Davila and Quintana lost a lot of time here, KoM hunting tomorrow is our best bet at something

Aranburu is truly useless, but at least Guldhammer made the first group. We're still in a decent spot, and our best mountain lineup is here. All hands on deck for Rasmus I guess.
Congrats to Jura! Nice to see them get some returns with Moscon.

I'll reserve my judgement on Beltran until the final stage. If his season's highlight is losing to Moscon in a C1 hilly stage, then that's obviously pretty bad.

Moscon is back! I was a bit worried when Oomen started working for De Plus, but we accidentally got the KoM that way and no time lost in the end so that's a win?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

4th isn't bad especially against this field. I was hoping for more but Edmondson did well to stick with everyone! Hopefully we can have a miracle happen tomorrow!!

Not the best there from Mas to not be in the leading group but it might give him additional freedom to go for it tomorrow. Let's see if he can do anything
Congrats to Jura on the result there. Great effort from Moscon!

5th place for Arndt sees him 4th in GC and 6th in points, a 4th place tomorrow will be a great result, fingers crossed.
Koch and Nerz looking good for depth scoring and 2nd in Teams gives us a shot at our signature objective.
Great report UU and congrats to Fabianski.

I'm happy with that performance from Madrazo! Always in a good position and at the front until the end. Not sure how selective the mountain stage will be, so if it comes down to finish positions determining GC ranks, this is not bad. Also gives me hope for a good performance in general, I hope he'll be aggressive. The support again wasn't amazing but Ndayisenga at least was with him for a while.
Congrats Fabianski on that win, nice to see Moscon doing well.

Penasa did well on the hilly stage and worse on the mountain stage. Not great for but some points for him, Raileanu and Barta in the GC. We were hoping for better though.
Congrats to Binance and thanks for the reports Ulrich!
