Based on how the race unfolded I'm amazed I beat 6 people Hayter was really disappointing, Matthews failed to get a win, Groves and Plapp did nothing really.
At least it doesn't count towards the Championship

The Warm Up Championship has started and after the first couple of games, congratulations to insuperable for winning the first World Tour race of the season, the Santos Tour Down Under, ahead of Banesi and Johnys. With 3 of the top 4 highest scoring riders in his team, insuperable takes his first win in teh PCM.Daily velogames championship.
Also, congratulations to erm... myself, Gargatouf, for winning the Vuelta a San Juan game, ahead of DaveTwoBob and Knasen. My punt of getting Lopez in worked as he won the race overall which is what gave me the win, as everyone had very sprinter-string teams.
These races don't count for the overall championship, which will start with the Spring Classics game, but I will keep a table of the Warm Up Championship. At the moment, after two games, the Top 5 looks like that:
Insuperable | 47 | Johnys | 42 | Knasen | 41 | Banesi | 40 | alexkr00 | 40 |

Sorry about the delay in updating the results, things have been really busy here. I will be able to do it at some point over the next couple of days.
Also, as you might have seen, the Superclasico Fantasy Sixes (team of 6 riders and unlimited transfers between races), Paris-Nice, Tirreno-Adriatico and Women's Classics all start over the weekend. So get your teams in and good luck to everyone. |

Is there any kind of fantasy cycling game that incorporates betting odds into the game? I've enjoyed the couple of different leagues I've tried out, but I would also like to play a game that rewards picking long shots the way conventional betting does. Thanks!

Congratulation to Strydz for winning the Volta a Catalunya game, ahead of Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia and Wyman.
Thanks to that win, Strydz extends his lead at the top of the PCM.Daily Velogames Championships. There are a few changes on the overall podium with Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia and Clamel climbing on it. It's tight behind the leader, with 12 teams within 16 points of each other.

Congratulations to Laco11 for winning the Itzulia Basque Country game, ahead of Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia and df_Trek.
Laco11 also gets an extra 5 points for being in the Top 100.
This means that Laco11 shoots up in the ranking and is now 4th, one point behind Clamel. Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia is still second, while Strydz is still top of the table. It's also still close with 11 points separating 3rd and 9th, so still a lot to play for.

Congratulations to Knasen for winning the Spring Classic game, ahead of Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia and Strydz. Thanks to having Evenepoel in his team for Liege-Bastogne-Liege, Knasen overtakes Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia to win the overall.
Both Knasen and Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia are also in the Top 100, so get an extra 5 bonus points. In the GC, it means that Knasen gets into the podium (Spring Classics is one of the game with double points), while Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia closes in on Strydz once more who is still top.
The table has been updated on page 1.
Also, in the first Women game of the season, congratulations to erm... me, Gargatouf, for winning the Women Spring Classic, ahead of Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia and Banesi. Like in the Men's game, I managed to win the overall thanks to scoring more points on the last race, but there were only 18 points between first and second.
The first table of the Women Classification is also up on the first page. |

By finishing 21st overall, Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia also bags 10 bonus points and scores 60 points in total which means that Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia takes the lead in the GC, ahead of myself, Gargatouf and then Banesi.

Congratulations to Banesi for winning the second stage race of the Women season, the Itzulia Women, ahead of df_Trek and Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia.
The table has been updated on the first page, but it's quite tight at the top, with the Top 6 (the only participants in the Itzulia Women competition), pulling clear of the rest. |

Dang, this Giro was the GT I've maybe watched the last of in over a decade, but apparently my pre-race hunches were on track. 2nd in the league and 219th overall. Haven't done that well since 2013-2015 I reckon. Congrats to Alex on the win!
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

And finally, congratulations to Banesi for winning the RideLondon Classique game, ahead of Team Poetevio/sLOVEnia and Knasen.
In the table, Team Poetevio/sLOVEnia extends his lead, with Banesi now second and Gargatouf third. it's still very tight behind the leader, with only 12 points separating 2nd and 5th.

After a few 2nd places I have finally secured a win and in the biggest race!
I needed a top 100 performance to beat the quality velogames managers here.

Indeed, congratulations to DaveTwoBobfor winning the Tour de France game, ahead of Andrej and Kalach. According to the records, that's his first game win. With a strong team containing 5 of the top 10 highest scorers, DaveTwoBob also scores an additional 5 bonus points.
In the Men Leaderboard, Strydz is still top and him and Knasen make most of Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia’s poor TDF to extend their first place and overtake him to take second place respectively. There are also a few more changes in the Top 10 after the Tour where points count double.
Also, congratulations to Fabianski for winning the Giro Donne (also his first game win), ahead of Banesi and Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia.
And also congratulations to Strydz for winning the Tour de France Femmes ahead of Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia and Fabianski.
In the Women leaderboard, Team Poetovio/sLOVEnia is still at the top and has extended his lead a bit more. df_Trek and Gargatouf complete the podium. There are also been a few changes in the Women leaderboard with the two GT's, meaning double points for both games.
