22nd is honestly pretty good for Aranburu is a PTHC pure puncheurs classic. About as good as we could hope for. Add in 2 guys in the break, and it was a decently successful day for us.

Congrats to Mre on the win! Huge for their relegation battle.

Good outing for Vakoc, 5th very solid in this strong puncheur field. He still remains hit and miss through the season, but his training has delivered the sort of point haul I had fingers crossed for rather than just being consistently disappointing. (The exodus of some of his older peer group to PCT this off-season also has played a part in this too!).
Good to see the team somewhat involved in the racing in support of Petr. Sepulveda must have knocked his pan in for Vakoc throughout the race to come plum last in the sprint for 12-30th given he has a decent sprint and is a more suited puncheur than quite a lot of the guys in that 2nd main group. Overall a good start to the final month of the season with this PTHC outing.

Yet another race where we can't perform as supposed. Far too passive and bad positioning in the end.
