The first time in a few years that we won't have a competitive GC rider at Avenir
We do however have Thijssen who has a few chances for a stage win in the Sprints here. Hopefully his acceleration puts him ahead of the others as they're all fairly similar.
Thanks Abhi for organising and good luck to all!! Always enjoy seeing who the transfer targets of the future are

Nice start from Pogi
Pidcock and Almeida are close though.

Not the best start from the best greek prologue rider, but the others did pretty well.

Great job Mikkel! Prologues can be quite random with the field this close together but to come out third is a nice result.

Thanks for the report, Abhi!

Nathan Alexander surprisingly the best of the T3A riders, with Norbert putting in a strong effort as well. Two in the Top10, amazing from the Caribbean invasion! Plus Kelly very close in 11th.
Slight let down from Perez & Mayer in 20th and 21st respectively, just behind Cannister for extra Caribbean flavour at the top end of the order.
Overall a very mixed up set of results. Massive (relative) loss for McNulty against Pogacar. To see the two best PL riders just in the Top25 just adds into the general mix-up of the times. But it could all be poiting to an open and exciting race without clear favourites (apart from Tadrug Dopeacar winning the GC)

All eye might have been on Forssell for us, who bombed, but peep that Cannister prologue in 19th!

Brunel slightly and Bissegger clearly below expectations. Well, we've almost never been lucky with the prologue lottery so far, so that's nothing new unfortunately. I definitely think it's OK that TTers have rather low OVLs and wages, as especially PRLs are really, really random.
Horrible day for Hirschi unfortunately, but well, let's hope for some stage wins then ^^

Pretty poor start for McNulty but I guess better to have a bad day on 3.4k than on the long one later. Garrison with a nice result for the team.

Exciting sprint! Congrats hillis! Nur Hasan third is great as well, first proper result we’ve ever had in this race. Excited to see what Phodignam and Verschaeve can do when the road starts to rise.
Thanks for the lovely report!

7th a very respectable result from Hesters but Thijssen absolutely tanked there and should really have gone on to win or be in the top 3. Hopefully a better effort from his next stage!
Thank you for a great sprint report and congrats to Gjen on the stage win.

Terrible performance by Peak, hopefully he can do better next stage. Well need his positioning next year for Gaviria so he has to perform better.

We don't need Siric to sprint, we need him to keep our climbers safe. All good on this stage.

Rojus with the slingshot, what a sprint.
Now lets see how the GC curse will effect him further.
Cheers lads

Los Pollos in the break babyyyyyyyy. Not nice by his Cedevita companions to chase after him though, I thought their main job was protecting Pogacar?
Congratulations on a very nice win hillis! And thanks for the nice report as well, Abhi.

Lagane finishing fast after some bad positioning, promising start to show T3A should keep popping in good rides.

The McCormick staff will be looking looking for the gift basket thanking them for teaching him how to time a sprint. .
Great win, congrats to hillis.
A little worried about how aggressive Valter is, he has started much better than McNulty.
Thanks for the great report.
