Well, not really surprised, given that both didn't post in the continuation thread. I just feel for Popo4Ever, who would have promoted if just one of these two teams had announced their disband earlier...
Devastating to lose those two. Aquarius was such a great member of the site and so active until pretty recently. Really sad that he became inactive right at the wrong time.
CrueTrue... I mean, what else can be said? He's the one that started it all. He's the reason every single one of us is here right now. Hard to imagine that he's gone from the game (and probably the site with it), but I suppose it was the only way forward at this point.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
As sad as it is to see CrueTrue stop, it really isn't surprising. To me it's surprising that he lasted this long tbh. He haven't been an active part of the Man-Game community for 5 years - although he did his stuff and rarely held back the others. Overall he's obviously a great contributor to the game, but the time has come and I think it's the right decision, whether it's deliberate or not.
Aquarius will be missed as he was a very active part of the game, and it's slightly concerning to see him stop from day to day, rather than losing interest over time. I hope he's OK!
I fully agree with the sentiments expressed above.
CrueTrue IS PCMdaily, and I hope he can find the time to stop by and add his opinion to the future development of the game at times.
And this is the second Aquarius that hurts to lose already, with a team at his disposal that had the sky as the limit and a very engaging manager.
Maybe this ends up being a temporary leave for reasons out of his control and we will welcome him back sometime.
