Couldn't be happier with these performances out of Lavoine given his super low salary. Feels like we're just playing with house money here with all the great performances by the team recently but it hasn't stopped surprisingly. Thanks for great report redordead! |

Well, no result from Haddi. But I noticed Seibeb finishing firstish of the favourites on both stages. Maybe a good sign?

Well those old legs still have a little left! I remember Kreder won the Green jersey in this race in our debut season in 2017. Kind of fitting he caps off his leadership duties with us with a good result
Congrats to Nemo and maxime on the wins so far and thanks for the reports red

Yellow jersey curse or just too hard of a stage for Guillén? The latter would explain why we didn't too much about in the chase
Congratulations to maxim! I guess I can retire my riders from the race now, or does Bru (who finished 20th, hero) thinks he got what it takes?
Thanks for the report!

Well, 4th on the stage isn't bad at all. The AI seemed to handle our guys decently well, with Fabbro marking attacks and JJ waiting in the wings.
The problem is that there are still no time gaps going into the final stage. If it stays that way, JJ's terrible stage results on the sprint days will actually ruin us on countback - since he's currently 37th in GC from that. Or, our team might prioritize Fabbro too much cause he's 9th, even though they're on the same time. I guess I'll just have to hope for good luck.

Seibeb looking very strong! With time gaps so close, hope he can put in a solid performance to cap off our season. The last couple of races have been quiet for us so here’s to hoping. Ssabagwanya also lurking so let’s see!

Decent from Ndayisenga, he looked relatively well-positioned at all times and the fact that Redecker did some work at some point seemed to indicate that we're recognized as a GC team. Although it would have been neat if Redecker himself made it in the front group to compete in the sprint. But solid performance from Khederi and Ben Nasser at least to make it there in the end, eventhough I suspect nothing will really come of it.
Strong performance by Eiking, congrats hillis!

Not were we want to be at the moment. The last stage will be decisive.
Paulus haven't look spectacular.
So hyped for the last stage

Oof. That was just terrible from us. The team was strong. Our leaders, not so much. I was worried going in, but I really didn't expect it to go that poorly.
I have no idea what rider type that final climb was supposed to favor, or how the daily form differences could have been so drastic, but that was about as bad as it could possibly get for Juul-Jensen. He finished minutes behind De Vreese, who he has over 10 mtn/hill points on. That's some kind of -5 day to say the least. Either that, or he was working earlier, but it seemed more like he was just out of position and struggling all day. 25th place on GC is just horrid.
Fabbro marginally better to at least get white and 9th overall, but before the race I was hoping he could do something like that as a bonus, not as our main scoring. Guess I'm glad I sent him? With Eiking winning clearly a pure puncheur could win. But not my pure puncheur, nor the best pure puncheurs present (Kelderman and Moscon). Maybe just a yellow jersey buff?
In any case, thanks to redordead for the reports, and congrats to hillis!

Big oof for Juul-Jensen and Kelderman Don’t know how PCM works sometimes.
I can’t complain too much because a solid 4th and 10th overall is pretty much as good as it can get for us. Seibeb and Ssabagwanya seem to do really well in stage races compared to classics - wonder what the reason is.
Thanks for the reportin!

Absolutely crazy for Haas to attack again. Probably wasn't going to be able to stick with leaders but bizarre he tried to breakaway
Congrats to winners and thanks for reports

Major disappointment from Hoelgaard on that final stage, especially considering he's supposed to be strongest on these longer climbs. Krieger also couldn't produce a stage victory, although that is partially the fault of his non-existent leadout. A complete failure from a rider we needed to come through strong if we're to start seriously considering promotion as a possibility. |

Ahhhhhh so close for Valens! But 2nd is really strong, too, and it's almost a relief that this stage win did not decide the GC win (congrats hillis!). Massive result for us still, with a 2nd here and 3rd overall. Really happy the plan paid off, and also cool that Ndayisenga himself was the one who initiated the eventual group with that attack. He's consistently been aggressive all season, which I appreciate a lot.
Pretty awesome to have three African riders from 2nd to 4th in the GC as well. Eventhough that did come at the cost of some of the bigger names. Thank you for the reports red, once again a pleasure to read

Well, Los Pollos really decided to stop riding after that great first stage
Point-wise not amazing to see so many rivals for seventh place take that amount of points, so the pressure is on for Marquez and Baugnies to deliver in the remaining two races later this month
Great reports, red. Congratulations to the other stage winners and riders that did well in the GC

I guess Moscon had a good day on stage 3, which unfortunately wasn't selective at all, and a really bad one on stage 4. He had Pernsteiner to help him, and so should have easily beaten Eiking (and some others), who should be far worse on that final climb. 6th definitely is a huge disappointment, but at least Pernsteiner somewhat saved our race here. The stage results are miserable, no question about that, though.
So point-wise it was OK, but still less than expected, but it feels like an enormous missed chance.
Congrats to hillis, your team seems to be back at where they were in the first months. And thanks for the reports, redordead.

Nice to see hillis on winning tracks againg, congratulations!
We performed an extremely ordinary race in every stage. Just plain average.
Thank you for the reports redordead, been a good race! |
