Lol wtf was Areruya doing Usually a smart rider but that was some stupid racing. Lucky it didn’t tank his U25 lead as it did his GC spot.
Really cool result for our neo pro Kipkemboi in the breakaway, love to see that kind of thing every once in a while especially in such a tough stage
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Quite different from yesterday, but entertaining nonetheless. Pluchkin cruising to an announced overall victory.
Another massive report, thanks Fab!

Fantastic stage and really needed. Cool performance from Wellens. This time a bit more coordinated. Lets try and hold on to this 2nd place

is ok, but need to gain time before time trial or Denifl is out of top 5

Mad props to Erick Herrera. Former stagiaire nearly won his first stage that isn't his country's national championships (where he has no competition). Was on the edge of my seat. Thanks for a thrilling, very detailed report.

What a fantastic report of a fantastic stage for Kraftwerk! The tension was almost unbearable as Scheit started to close down the leaders on the last climb.
Scheit rode a smart race measuring his effort up the last climb to win the stage and the KOM jersey and share the Points jersey.
Nerz managed to ride with the top quality climbers to make 4th on GC but that's only by 6 seconds, he needs to keep this form up.
The team all rode well, we have 4 in the top 30 and 7 in the top 50 putting us in top spot for the Teams competition. We only missed out on the Yellow & White jersey!
Couldn't have gone better and justifies bringing most of our best climbers to this race.

These are insane reports! Really amazing to read and follow, and can only appreciate the amount of work going into these!
Results-wise things are good too Pluchkin has found a race to truly call his it seems

Loaned-out Okamoto 6th, Loaned-in Steimle 8th. Not bad

Maksimov! Of course he wins a stage in a mountainous stage race.

Well, that sums up our sprint department this year. An absolute nulity. Not even a share in chasing duties. What an absolute ridiculous situation.
Let's settle for that 2nd place in U25 then.
Thanks for the detailed report Fabian!

At the beginning of the stage: WTF are we doing we have 3 riders in the break why are we chasing?
At the end of the stage: Ivanov
This makes up a slight bit for the terrible race so far. Uran once again falling like a stone in the sprint.

Weird tactics. A shame to lose the stage win, but 2nd isn't a bad result

this was the mountain stage I was afraid of and we didn't take any losses. Good to see. Now its just damage limitation

Bit of a shame Scheit didn't get in the break today to defend his KOM jersey as he seemed to have good legs, saving himself for the hilly stage maybe?
Nerz and De la Cruz well placed and should limit losses on the TT but our third man for the Team is tricky, Scheit can't time trial so its between Denz and Geniez to put in good performances.
This rather assumes none of our team have the same nightmare form tomorrow that Tartarinov showed today.
Thanks for another super report Fabianski and congrats to Marco for the win.

Very well done. Wish his teammates back at McCormick had shown the same spirit in Trentino.

Kind of a shame to have sent such a lame team here, If I had known the reports were going to be so epic I might have bothered sending Gesink here.
Congrats on that perky win, Marco!

Uran's best result comes from a hilly stage? What even is this race
