Right after playing, I immediately did regret to do it seeing that stupid split.
For my team, it was awful to look as Vesely was always in the last rows and so it was clear, he either will be behind at one point or simply not having the energy in the end...
With Dumoulin in the front, I had a bit of hope for a decent GC, but as all came back together this stage was an absolutely 0 pointer for my team.
Congrats valv and the others having been on the positive side here.
Seeing your post beagle, a great day for you clearly. |

Finally! Waiting for the TT stage, we won't join breakways having a race favourite, and we didn't send Nizzolo here, so kinda boring stages for us now

Wow, nice surprise to have Gjolberg up front and fight for the stage win. Unlucky that he had to do the leadout, as looking at how close he still was, I'm thinking he had a very good chance at the win.
Hope we continue to join breakaways, eventhough I expect the sprint teams to get things right on stage 2 so that sprinters start to compete for the stages.
Thank you for the report, roturn! |

Great result for us. Arashiro has been a sneaky good rider this season, since the switch to PCM18.

Thanks for the report roturn, only wished we had joined the break as Vantomme has gone back to his usual do-nothing.

Having the first stage of so many races taken by the break is just unfair. Hope for next season there is a switch to a game that's not so broken. I probably should go back to not checking any race results, they always make me furious. |

Disappointed by Van Poppel. But at least Lammertink and Howson are staying out of trouble which is good.

Indeed, what a perfect start for the team and the only way, how to collect few points from this race. May be very important in the tough battle for top15. Now we are getting little closer to Lierse, moreover Berg (Kupfernagel) and Kraftwerk (Cav/Schadlich) don't bounce from us so far.
Thanks roturn for taking care of the race.

Look at that! Big congratulations to viking90 Volvo nailed that leadout, a perfectly executed one, which is great to see.
Also good to see us join the breakaway once again. Can't ask for more. |

Great my sprinter Bouhanni twice finishing at the back of the peloton. No matter how small my expectations, they still are too much it seems.
jph somewhere already cooling the champagne.

Dumoulin in 15th is pretty solid for him.
Frison in 42nd unfortunately not that much.
But how Sendeku got in the mid 30`s is incredible. Surely one huge performance. |

Super happy with that win by Coppel, that 3 second lead though is way too scary to feel comfortable with. It's definitely a step in the right direction... especially with Vanderbiest being a total bot at the Tour d'Afrique |

Both of them in the top 10 would be awesome.

Solid from Vangstad getting 20th on the stage. If he can keep that up and end the race in the same GC position, it will be solid from him. Anonymous, but solid, kind of what we could hope for pre-race. |

Underwhelming from Janse van Rensburg, expected at bare minimum top 20.

Not enough, very weak from Brändle. Van Winden at least with a top 10. This is the race I have signed him for. |
