Kashechkin one of my first favourite riders. I love it!
I had a different picture in mind but I couldn't properly scale it, but I like this one as well

That's True, it was his awesome 2008 Giro win on stage 19. Tried to find a pic in Rietumu clothes, but the quality was so bad that I couldn't

Thats why I remember The 2008 Giro was a crazy one. Pretty sure Sella won like 3 Mountain stages, and Ricco did well too iirc. David Millar would have won a stage but a fan made him crash too I think.
