Wtf? Sagan?
Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

So close for Naesen, but a very deserved winner!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Sagan again outsmarted. Lost all momentum at the worst timing.
Nasen and Alaphilippe both brilliant with the strongest taking the win. van Aert was great as well. Kwiatek consistent
Valverde was too conservative, he could have taken more here. Trentin was the opposite, didn't save enough.

CCC absolutely poor in positioning for GVA.
Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

Alaphilippe is making it look easy. Naesen looks great for the classics to come, as does van Aert. Sagan and Trentin both rode weird races as the on paper best sprinters in the group.
But most important Mohoric showed he can win this race one day

Alaph has just been on godly form. His March peak is certainly working. He'll definitely pay for it in the Ardennes, but by winning Sanremo, he's already made that risk more than worth it.
Sagan on the other hand has to be beating himself up. Had a small group sprint that should have led to a clear victory for him and got completely outsmarted and beaten. Not a great performance in the finale.
Was definitely fun to see the attacks and an interesting group coalescing at the end. It's looking to be a fun classics season.
