Press release Campari Headquaters Milano

We are proud to announce that we have acquired former Philips – Continental rider Maris Bogdanovics. After we had to let of Oscar Gatto and Manuel Belletti both beyond their prime, Bogdanovics will be our only sprinter in 2018 season.

We do not expect him to be amongst the best sprinters, but we hope he will score some points in the flat races.

Press release Campari Headquaters Milano

Celebration in the Campari – Super Dry camp this evening after it was clear that we had acquired Hassen Ben Nasser, after what had been a fierce fought battle on the open transfer market. Ben Nasser was a free transfer after coming from now collapsed Project: Africa.

Hassen Ben Nasser has 10 wins, all at PTC level:
2011 2xStage Giro del Capo , GP de Wallonie
2012 stage Tour of the Czech Republic, GP de Montreal
2014 Stage and overall Tour of South Africa,
2015 Stage and overall Tour of Britain
2016 stage Tour of South Africa
As Ben Nasser’s team did never enter the 2017 season he had no races.

Hassen Ben Nasser first at stage 6, Tour of South Africa 2016, 2nd overall.

Congrats, Ben Nasser is a great signing! Smile Should get you a lot of points, despite hilly races being fairly well contested in the CT this year.

Very jealous of your Ben Nasser capture Pfft Will be up there in the individual standings for sure. I am a Drucker fan as well Grin Cheeky wheelsucker fake-Bennett Cataldo and Kebede are a useful duo, and I like the Christian/Johansson combo as well. Good luck this season Grin
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Really well done this transfer season Tamijo - looks like some of the learning curve has been overcome, and that is a very formidable roster for the CT. I like your emphasis on all terrains - very WCC/Kulczyk-esque if I do say so myself... Smile

thanks

Clasico San Cristobal (C2)

After a day of very aggressive racing Ben Nasser’s finished 5th clearly worn out by many attacks over the day, anyway a great race and fine opener for us.

Yellow Jersey
Yeah maybe it just wasn't steep enough for him, but he did look the strongest today with plenty of attacks, perhaps a sign of what he'll be doing during the season Smile

Sure hope you are right Grin
