Normally I'd be happy with a top 5, but if there's a win goal..
Good result by Peeters as well, he's changing from a disappointing sprinter to a relyable cobbles domestique. And Polanc might save Isostar from relegation here.
Thanks for the report Jandal, despite losing the original, I think it was still a good one and I probably wouldn't have noticed it if you hadn't said it.
Marcus best performance of the season by far... which says a lot... Podium finish is a good result and one we needed to grab after such a terrible Dunkerque last month. Wolverine with a brilliant day as well, contributing to the break and then helping Marcus late on, good job Logan.
Slightly dissapointed we couldn't ge more depth points than that, but we really arn't set-up for the hillier cobbles besides Marcus.
3rd place, solid points in the bag and ahead of the low ranking teams to keep ourselves away from major issues.
Thanks for the awesome report and the very nice wishes.
What a performance by our leader here. We split up the hillly cobbles in with Kump races (leadership for Kump) and without Kump races (leadership Polanc). We knew that Gaps would appear, so Polanc played the team tactics to perfection and executed for a famous attacking performance. Exactly what his stats would suggest how he should ride, saving the spare advantage over mighty Wisniowski over the line. What a show, after he had a lot of difficulties and bad luck earlier, he breaks out just in time to bring us what may be our sweetest victory of the season.
It just feels so good because it was such an untypical way we went signing him as our biggest Free Agent in our first season and directly loaning him out. Winning now means so much for the team, as he has been the first of our huge projects on our plan to bring in the best Slovenian riders in one team. Him winning the Lincoln GP really brings tears into my eyes writing this, that is how happy I am that Polanc found his result.
Giaux rounding it up with another great domestique performance, he has been incredibly valuable for us as a domestique on the cobbles.
I'm getting pretty freaking used to Nolf just being dropped early on for no reason. A completely failed signing. At least Breschel did something this time. But not enough.
Thanks for the report, sorry you had to rewrite. I know what that's like.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
That was an exciting race. Some good tactics from the Newton boys. Altur showed his youth a little bit by pacing the pack and then trying a long range effort. It nearly paid off, but ran out of gas. Glad Tsatevich stuck around to pick up the leftovers. 6th and 8th is certainly acceptable.
Thanks for the report. Re-writing sucks, I know the pain well.
