Very impressed by Boaro but Ulissi really really disappointed me... not even a top 10 just like in Strade Bianche. It's not like I'll forgive him just because he's won Afrique, his biggest strength should be classics.
But well, if I'm happy about a winner, that's gotta be Indosat's Anuar Aziz! Huge congratulations Eden!

Kinoshita's worst race so far, and he still manages a 5th in what was a very deep field actually. I liked his effort and cleary he wasn't as fresh at the end because of the earlier attack, and overall it looked like all of the top riders finished at the top of the results so it was definitely a tough race as opposed to pure tactics or something else.

Thanks guys! Very happy to get a good result here, especially with the ridiculous field. Never would have thought in a shorter race (<200km) or in a sprint would Anuar Aziz pull off a win, but i'm happy to have been proven wrong! Incredibly relieving. Also good to see Zaini doing what I bought him in to do. Couldn't be happier. One or two more results like that and we should be safe come the end of the season.

This actually didn't go quite as horrible as expected. Would have been nice with a top 25 in stead of 26th though.
