Pretty much agree with how you assess Peugeot for the upcoming season, mid-table with enough room for improvement next season (in other words, no ugly low AVG guys )!

I didn't finish reading the whole preview yet, but I already can comment on your comments about my team:
In general I mostly agree with what Croatia said, my focus are the small hill races where I have with Geschke and Kern two very good riders, additionally I looked a lot on the fighter stat, a "unofficial" goal of mine is to be present in most of the breakaways.
Surprised about Jandals comment about the back-up stats, as imo my top riders all have good back-ups.

ICL Preview

Welcome to my preview of ICL 17. Before starting off with the previews, I would like to explain the methodology for arriving at the predictions.
I have come up with something called the ‘Coefficient Rankings’ which is the basis for all the rankings. These rankings have been made on six attributes for the riders – Stage Races, Climbing, Punchers, Sprinting, Cobbles and Time Trialing – using a certain formula for calculation.
They are explained below…
Stage Races – Using MO, HIL, TT and a certain combination of support stats
Climbing – Using MO and a certain combination of support stats
Punchers – Using HIL and a certain combination of support stats
Sprinting – Using SP, ACC and a certain combination of support stats
Cobbles – Using COB and a certain combination of support stats
Time Trial – Using TT, PRL and a certain combination of support stats
This was used to come up with individual ratings for all riders. These ratings were then used in two ways to come up with the team rankings.
This is explained as follows…
Coefficient Average Rating – Indicative of team depth
Coefficient Leader Rating – Indicative of strength of leading riders in each team
Note:
For the U23s, 3 riders have been taken as leaders across all disciplines.
For CT, 3 riders have been taken as leaders for Stage Races. For other disciplines, 5 best riders have been taken as leaders.
For CT, 3 riders have been taken as leaders for Stage Races. For other disciplines, 8 best riders have been taken as leaders.
I hope I have done a decent job of preparing an indicative preview for the season. This being my first season in the ICL, I have taken the stats at face value and have not considered possible rider development or race planning much. Feel free to ask for any queries.

Fantastic work with the previews all three of you. I was about to say I think we've been hard done by in the first preview when Abhishek comes in and proves that we have.
Not having a go of course. I understand (having done a similar thing for EPIC last year) that everyone sees things differently). You're not far wrong but we have a stronger team than last year when we finished 8th (and 2 teams above us have gone). 
I'm fully expecting to be in the battle for the top 5 this year. Will be close with the likes of Leopard, Allianz and Illes Balears in there. Just need the luck to be with us, particularly in TTs.
Obviously, results are not what the DT is about but I'm hoping Chapman can surprise people this year like Davies last year. He's got incredible all-round stats for a young climber so should be hard to get rid of at the front.
Good to get the hype going before we sit in front of a spreadsheet for hours planning.

Ohh! You guys have outdone yourselves here, what a feast for the ICL lovers!
It seems that CSC are very much the team to beat, with Celesio predicted high in 3rd, it seems we will have to really go after the title again - as opposed to sending Froome to the cobbles! - so knockout doesn't have an easy run to the title!
Baleares - the gamble didn't come off - the weakest we have seen them in the ICL so far as Shonak says. It could have been oh so different if they got Quintana for a super team. Could be a close battle down in the relegation places.
Great that we are title contenders after committing a good 1000 for a POT6-7 and extras: very much down to that cheeky Rodriguez pick up.

Loved those question & answers in Croatia+Jandals preview and the team by team previews are very nice as well. Don't fully agree that my team is miles ahead the rest as imo Feryn is the most rounded / favourite team and also I more or less screwed up planning for one of my leaders :/
I really like the idea of calculated ranking previews. Have done so myself in the first ICL season and this, know how difficult it is to come up with a satisfying result. Without having looked at it in the finest detail or even knowing the formulas it seems to me that the depth is a bit overrated and the riders at roster spots 20.-25. are not needed to score but they seem to have a top big impact as seen on Allianz who are quite a bit underrated in Depth. E.g. look at the teams of Vegeta and Allianz and tell me who has the better sprinting depth (just a bit of feedback. Not meant as bashing or anything )
I might write some more lines at a later point so for now only this short reply focussed on my team
