Lotto - Soudal having all the kit for Thomas de Gendt. Lovely to see him with a polka dot frame, as well as gloves, shoes socks, jersey, shorts and helmet.

I personally think the bike looks awful but not as bad a Rolland did a few years ago

With the polka dot jersey, I think there should also be a plaid jersey.
Only one day without a Bora rider in the breakaway until now, right?

Tinkoff train for Sagan is really shocking thing to see.
Shame he is maybe better without it.

why on earth is Sergio Henao with his sky teammates at the front today. He is off no use and only rides in the way. No wonder the sprinter trains complain about these gc teams.

yeah but they have Stannard, Rowe, Kiri and Thomas to help on this type of terrain. Just let the climbers stay at the back out of the way.
Not like Henao is going to close a gap or anything on this stage.

Those flimsy climbers, when they go down they break. Not build like a downhill biker.
Why do they even increase the crashing risk by riding up front?!
Rather 2 minutes down on a sprinter than half the team out with broken bones. |
