I am open for both sides...I think steals can be done quickly now and then we can give a longer time for renewals while the transfer season in MG is running, so we start with the Free Agency when transfers in man-game are done?

Only the first transfer week if MG is mayhem.. we could do steals snd renewals slowly now. Tge more we get done before summer holidays the better.

Thinking about the potion of youths, Bikex, would something like this not be an option:
| AVG | 70 | 75 | 80 | | 33-34 | £50 | £120 | £250 | | 34-35 | £90 | £190 | £380 |
So for the top tier riders, who likely will have had more than their share of time as the best riders in the ICL, it will cost much more than domestiques for a potion of youth. |

Put it in one more column for riders around 77-78 I'd say and it's a great idea!

Question on budgeting, since I'm trying to figure that out from early on: If we signed development riders last season, are their wages paid from last season's scouting funds, or from this season's overall budget?

You'll notice that the Last Season column is different than before from its content, that's because my file was completely messed up. From the new calculation Alberto Contador would've decided that it was his last season(The chance was 6%). However I saved him, as Shonak spent quite a lot of money on his AoD already before the Last Season column was introduced. I won't do that if it happens again next season. Every rider 33 or older can decide that it is his last season. The probability this is going to happen depends on his average and age.
The vote about the last PT team was really close but in the end TVM edged out CCC by just one vote.
In the spoiler are the budgets for this season. This time goal races had a little more influence than before, that's why Allianz has the biggest budget. U23 teams still give 1200 extra.
This season WT teams will need 25 riders and CT teams 18.
