Conta really does have some work to do on chrono's, I know there isn't a really long flat one at the Tour but there is the hilly one. I just think he and Froome bot are fairly evenly matched at their very best on the climbs and unlike La Vuelta you don't get so many opportunites to prize open really big gaps that often.
Matthews is a really nuggetty type rider isn't he... very good win over Tommy D. But gaps between GC favs very small, should keep tension high all the way to next weekend.
