Nation Voting:
Eastern Europe wins by just 1 point over the the Americas and 2 points over Scandinavia.
This means that the available countries are: Belarus, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Serbia, Ukraine.
Since there are 14 countries the next round will be done in the same way as the previous, with a maximum of five preferences per person although you don't have to meet the limit and your preferences get 5 points for first, four for second... You can also specify wether you would prefer the team to be dual nationality or single, if we decide I have a dual nationality team then the nationality that comes second in the voting will be our second nationality.
EDIT: Timewise we'll aim to finish the round in 24 hours although this could be extended.

Voting is over and again thanks for voting.
The winner is Czech Republic and dual nationality, with Poland coming second we will be Czech - Polish this season.
Sponsors Suggestions:
For sponsors you can suggest any Czech or Polish sponsors you like and they will be voted on, make sure to specifically mention which and Polish and which are Czech. Remember also that some may have specific additional region focuses that could be factored into the team.
If we don't get at least 5 we will add a few extras so that their are some voting options.

Straopramen and Biedronka it is then, the other brands will be minor sponsors, thanks for voting everybody.
Straopramen has breweries in Serbia, Croatia and Romania while Biedronka has Sell Portuguese products as well as Polish, it's completely up to you to decide wether we focus on this or not, but just putting it out there
Leader Scouting:
Now for the fun part, rider scouting and signing.
First we need four leaders, the first should have an average of roughly 73/72 and the other three should have an average of 71/70 (obviously it's hard to see stats but the expansion pack is a very good reference for these as our db will be based off it and otherwise you can just put names out there and we'll see where they should be.
At the moment just suggest anybody who you think will be roughly 70-73 average (although you can check on the EP) and fit well in the team particularly Czech, Polish or generally Eastern European riders Although you can suggest anybody.
