If you want to follow the race live, live blog is up. Exciting end to La Course. Van Der Bregen will be hard to bring back. |

only at woman cycling one rider can break away 4,5km before end and hold one.
Specially at Champ Elysee it impossible for men. |

If Cav would have crashed instead of Tony, maybe we would have seen this at the mens race as well ;(

Well if these conditions stay like this then there is a chance someone can survive off the front of the peloton in the men's race

I'm not so sure, if they are going down, then yes. otherwise it's really hard as the teams are bigger (7~9 against 6)

It is Champ Elysee..what ever they got..there is 4-5 teams interested for sprint..
They would have beat lonely rider..who ever it had been. |

that's what I'm saying, if all the sprinters say on their bikes, that the likelyhood of a "Van der Breggen" () is less than 1% but if their sprinters are involved in a crash (and there have been a lot in La Course, almost all at the same point) I think some riders are able to finish it in a breakaway

still his Tour was disappointing and I prefer Tony to win(also MSR )
And Tony is the only guy, who could solo on the Champs when 5 teams are chasing.

Well thats why I said if the conditions stay the same there is a chance of it happening, do I think someone will stay away? Not really but I can dream can't I
